The room layout is very weird! 2 issues: 1 - the shower area is NOT private! There is a small divider between the 2 queen beds and the bath area, but there is even a full mirror at the end of divider - if you were traveling with family or another couple (there are 2 beds), it would offer no privacy for showering. There is a door on the “water closet”, so at least the toilet is private 2 - there is not a dresser to store your clothes while you are there - very strange. I am a lifetime platinum with Marriott with hundreds of nights in stays - so I am a pretty experienced traveler and never found rooms with so little privacy. In addition, there were some issues with the bathroom sink and some electrical outlets did not work. I would not recommend this hotel due to the above. BTW - the staff seemed nice and also agreed that the lack of privacy is a bit strange.

Very clean and updated hotel! The customer service was excellent, and check-in/check-out were super easy. There’s a good variety of restaurants nearby, which made dining convenient. However, if you’re looking for a place closer to NYC, this might not be the best option—the commute can get expensive with Uber or Lyft. You’ll likely need to catch a ride to the nearest train or bus station, which adds up quickly. Overall, though, I really loved this hotel and would recommend it for anyone not focused on commuting into the city!
