It was a very good stay, nice neighbourgood, easy transportation. Only thing is that they could be clearer regarding the "light breakfast" thing (coffee and cereal bar).

We liked the closeness to Manhattan and the shuttle to Port Authority. Their customer service and communication skills were sorely lacking though. We had problems with the hot water in the shower, and it could have been an easy fix (the nozzles were opposite- hot was cold ) Instead of just telling us this in the beginning, it took 2 days for them to inform us. Then they were rude and very defensive when my wife talked to them in the office.
