The room was great for the price. Good location if you’re visiting NYC, easy 5 minute drive to the Park And Ride bus lot, straight to Times Square for 10 bucks! Breakfast was pathetic. Stale pastries, stale cereal with room temp milk. And room temp apple juice. Rude staff. Wouldn’t stay here if you plan to save on a breakfast meal cause you’ll end up buying breakfast anyway!

Hot tub was horrible paint was chipping off all the hot tubs in the room . Blankets were filthy.. the manger showed me 5 different rooms and they all were nasty carpet was filthy and moist . Smells like cigarettes .. I’m still waiting for my refund !!

There was a 150 dollar deposit made and it’s been a week and still haven’t gotten it. They kicked us out of our room not knowing what time did we have to leave for our last date. There were customers saying they kept seeing rats. The employees were extremely rude and not customer service friendly.
