Upon seeing the building driving up, I thought it’s a nice building. Upon pulling in, the driveway was full of slush and ice, as well as the parking area. I got the suite with jacuzzi tub and only 2 out of the 6 jets worked. Their was hair in the tub (jacuzzi tub). Breakfast was not what I expected. A waffle and unflavored cereal is a shame but…… Overall, it was an ok stay. Probably wouldn’t stay here again, but the staff was friendly so there’s that.

Receptionist (male) at night was not very friendly at all. Had a bad attitude. Room- air conditioner made a loud noise all night and was really dirty. Bathroom lock was broken. Could not lock the door. Sheets smelled dirty. Overall a terrible experience.

The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is because of convenience. It's in close proximity to a lot of what you come to NY for, and is surrounded by some pretty good places to eat. Front desk sits behind bulletproof glass and acts as if you're bothering them. The room and hotel overall is clean and the cleaning staff are nice ppl, BUT you'll know it's clean because of the overuse of Fabuloso. Dated hotel overall, could use renovations. Not the easiest place to enter or exit with a car, but parking lot was safe enough.
