Rooms were clean. Staff were very nice and very helpful. The electrician came in early because we were flying and I was locked out of my safe. He was very pleasant. We came for a concert at the Met Life Stadium and we wanted to walk around New York. The bus station was right across the street and would take you to NY Port Authority. The ticketing machine is at the bus stop and the front desk staff told us how to use it. I also liked the free breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

This spot was really nice and clean. Surrounding area was quiet and felt safe. There was a bus stop right outside that took you straight into the city which was convenient. The bar and free breakfast were great amenities. The room was clean and a little snug for 4 of us but had everything we needed so we made it work, it was a nice room! The floors could have been a bit cleaner but overall great. The staff was all so friendly too! Would stay here again if we ever went back to NY/NJ

Great value for money.

We loved our stay! It was only one night, but it was enough for us to rest. We were in a group of five and the room was comfortable, not to mention super clean and organized. Good breakfast and free parking, which was great. One negative point: If you need to contact the hotel, forget it! The phone number given is in Chicago and no one can give you any information about your reservation. The best way to contact the hotel is by e-mail.

I stayed for one night and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel offers free and ample parking, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Ice and water machines on each floor were convenient, and the free breakfast buffet was a great perk. The location is ideal for dining, shopping, visiting the American Dream Mall, the convention center, Giants Stadium, or accessing I-95, NYC, and nearby airports (5 mins from Newark airport). On the downside, the exterior of the property (as well as the entire area) is quite dark, which can feel a bit eerie. There were numerous small maintenance issues that seem overlooked during daily turnovers that could’ve been easily addressed, no liquid or bar soap at the bathroom vanity, and the bathrooms felt outdated compared to the rest of the room and hotel. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel for its location, convenience, and friendly staff.

Transportation like bus stop outside the hotel was very good if you’re planning to go to Manhattan NY. Very good breakfast and help desk staff was very helpful. I will definitely come back to this place.
