We arrived to check in at 4:30pm, our original assigned room was unclean. Had to get another room. 3 different times through the night people were banging on our door because of the room change. They thought our room was their room, and the front desk never changed the room info. I was traveling alone with 2 children, so this was very nerve wracking. Especially when the people outside the door were drunk, persistently knocking and clearly upset. I will never stay here again. Ever.

Rooms weren’t cleaned. I was there for 10 days and they cleaned my room 1 time. I had to go switch out my dirty towels in the laundry room for clean ones. Won’t be staying there again.

Tv worked that’s a pro bathroom is trash tho lol sink is in the room outside the bathroom make sure you bring your own stuff to shower soup and tooth past and tooth brush. Floor was dirty could of been because of the snow but they could of mop the floor The bed was very comfortable. They said check out is at 11 and they come knocking on the door at 10
