We've stayed in several really nice La Quinta Hotels. This was NOT one of them. Quite the contrary. The condition of the suite was terrible. The two wall light fixture (located on each side bed) were literally hanging off the wall. The lamp shade on the desk lamp was stained and torn in 3 different area. The sofa bed sagged in the middle and did not have any sheets or blankets on it, making it totally unusable. There were several holes in the bedroom walls and the toilet tissue holder were rusted. And the list goes on. Not worth the money! Totally disappointed.

The hotel is very outdated and falling apart...The room was not of good quality springs broken in mattress outlets didn’t work and leaks in bathroom...paint coming off walls, no bar as in description, not enough towels or pillows and sheets for amount of guests expected for room and even when they changed our room there was still issues and confusion on the bill and they charge you 50.00 per night not per stay.. And front desk staff had no idea how to fix the bill and said that there would be a wait if 4 hours after check out until they could figure it out And no manager in sight to help with any situations...Asked to speak to one and they called her on the phone and was not allowed to talk to her

The front desk staff was very nice, however the pool attendent (cleaner) was unfortunately rude. She began sweeping before the 10 closing time, insisted that the towels not leave the pool area leaving my grandchildren & other guests dripping down the halls on the now slick floors. It was clear that La Quinta is less than hospitable.
