Nice hotel and nice area

Like the hotel and area-stay here every time we visit. Love the full kitchen, spacious bathroom, comfy bed, quiet. I love the area as there are tons of different restaurants all surrounding the hotel, so very walkable

We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the location was perfect—close to many restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend!

This is what a hotel experience should be

The staff was very friendly, the room and "common areas" were clean, and this is by far the quietest hotel I've stayed in. No sound from adjacent rooms, or traffic in the hall. Staying here may be the best I've slept in years, and I typically don't do well away from home. Zero complaints and would definitely stay here again.

Could have been cleaner

Employees were very nice, however the room was not very clean. We had a room with the kitchenette and the entire counter was sticky and was not turned over with fresh creamer coffee etc. the shower fan did not work making it extremely hard for a family of 4 to get ready. We needed use of the sofa bed and there was no sheet to cover the mattress that was stained. There must have been a party that had an overflow of garbage that accumulated by the elevator mid day Saturday. On Sunday morning after 10pm it was still there. It was embarrassing to use the elevator’s as they smelt like marijuana. Coming out of them with a family and a family coming into the elevator with older couples it made it seem like we smelt. Hotel should analyze occupancy and increase janitorial staff when needed

Poor choice for a family

Our experience was a poor one. The first room we got was covered in dog hair . The next room had way too much mold in the bathroom. Black and pink mild all over it was sad. I couldn't let me kids shower in that. The breakfast was mediocre. The place seemed very dismal.

My stay at the hotel was very nice. Great location, close to shopping and restaurants, however I think the breakfast could improve a little more. The scrambled eggs were watery.
