When i first when in the ladies up front were talking amongst themselves didn’t say hi, i will be right with you, nothing not friendly, also when i did reservations never taught i will have to pay parking and in top of that a hold fee for $75!!! The room complaints are no garbage bags on the garbage bins only 2 towels for 4 people, and the white comforter all broken full of holes all over!!! The fitted sheet was still wet/damped the the bathtub had caulking ripping off as well Insane beautiful hotel but in the rooms not really.

Breakfast is good!!! But hard to get there from the airport. Road is very very complicated! We almost going to New York ^^ But that’s not hotel’s problems. Hotel’s staffs are very friendly and very clean room and love their bedding. Truly recommend this hotel.

This hotel could be great but sadly it was pretty dirty - common areas 2/5 rooms were better 4/5 . Kids ran up and down the hallway till past midnight and shirtless kids running around lobby and in bar . Staff was nice but property is showing its age and I also did not get room I want but was comped parking .

While the staff was super friendly my room wasn’t prepared correctly. The bathroom was missing towels, toilet tissue, and all of the soap shampoo lotion conditioner dispensers were empty. The shower also flooded. The fridge and remote was sticky. Nobody cleaned our room or emptied the trash despite a multi night stay. Not the worst but definitely not the best. 5/10 and that’s only because staff was friendly and did what they could to fix issues when bought to their attention.

I liked the area of are room it was close to the pool we were in room 118 on the first floor access was easy. I will say I wasn't a huge fan of the room interior there was two visible stain one was blue and the other was an old stain there was a little bit of peeling paint on the bed closets to the door bathroom is compact not stuable for someone tall in my opinion. the didn't give us like a don't disturb thing that you put on the door so house keeper accidentally opened are door not knowing we were there already also the shuttle bus got to and from they dont just have the vans that say doubletree black they also use the charterup bus to transport back to the airport

The cost of booking breakfast at check in was $10. I didn’t book it at that time because of my food, allergies. I needed to see if there was anything I could eat. The next morning I went downstairs, looked at the breakfast, realized it was OK, and chose to have some. When I got my bill, the cost was $25. I think the cost of the breakfast should be consistent and that double the price if you choose it in the morning.
