We were in town to attend a wedding. The first room had a huge stain in the entryway, and we needed to be moved to another room, due to water dripping under the bathroom sink. That room switch saved the rating for this hotel. The room we were switched to had an upgraded shower and was larger. Additionally, we did not have the eye sore of that large questionable stain in the entryway. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower had great pressure and temperature. Breakfast was so so. A variety would be great! There are two waffle makers which causes a backlog of people. We ended up standing behind a woman making waffles for her family of 5. It’s not a fault issue, it’s just an inconvenience when you’re time-limited. The workers are fantastic! Everyone we encountered was pleasant and customer service oriented. We really appreciated that. We would come back if ever in this area again. I’m willing to give this hotel a second chance. Hopefully, the room is up to par. Consistency is a key!

Very clean and a nice size room for the cost. We were treated very kindly and I would definitely stay again. I live in South Jersey and I have family in North Jersey and sometimes I don’t feel like driving the hour back lol this was a nice spot out the way that I would definitely return to and check out their locations when I’m in other states! Thank you for a great stay!

Our room for 4 people had limited space. Our other room for 2 was so much bigger, i guess i should have checked both room before deciding. It was under renovation at the time we were there. It is also far from everything.

Had a comfortable and convenient one night stay. Free airport shuttle from Newark international airport and roughly a $40 uber to Cape Liberty Cruise terminal. Nice large two king bed room with big shower. Only breakfast included, but plenty of delivery options near by.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your front desk during my recent stay. When I checked in, I was assigned a disability-accessible room even though I did not request one. I politely asked to change to a standard room, but the front desk staff told me there were no other rooms available. What was more upsetting was that I overheard the staff speaking to a coworker about me, saying something like “what does she expect for booking the cheaper room.” This comment was unprofessional and disrespectful. I even offered to pay for an upgrade if necessary, but my request was dismissed. I hope you will address this matter with your team to ensure guests are treated with respect and courtesy at all times. Thank you for your attention.
