This was a wonderful stay! We came to be close to the American Dream Mall. We had our puppy with us & it was so smooth and a truly fantastic stay. Norma was the front desk person we dealt with the most, she was amazingly kind and personable! Definitely recommend and will stay here again for future visits!

When checking in at the lobby the staff said the expedia did not pay and that my payment was declined since it was a third party so basically she wont let me check in eventhough i had an email for reservation stating that it is all set. Until she called the manager and they both were giggling and just said oh nevermind you are all set Ma’am! It’s just that we have a different rate today. Ugh! That was so unethical! I will never stay at this hotel anymore!

Stayed one night, 3 adults, 5 teenagers for the American dream Mall experience. 4 minutes away from the mall, friendly staff, clean room and accommodating to our request for close rooms although they were almost booked completely. The continental breakfast was great! Just be there really early because it gets busy on a weekend.
