Room smelled like public restroom, carpet by the restroom was wet, toilet was leaking from the bottom. Rooms were labeled as non smoking but the whole hallway smelled like nicotine. Breakfast was just bread and cereal. Staff was nice, but the place needs some serious updates.

Front desk and cleaning staff were very nice. Non-smoking, two double bed room had tile flooring, so bring an extra pair of socks or slippers. Everything seemed clean enough, but it’s a modest hotel. Bathroom sink couldn’t seem to get cold water. Beds and pillows were decent, but only decent. Not super comfortable. We needed a place to stay due to a snowstorm after being in NYC for a show and this was an affordable option.
