The bed was very uncomfortable which I told housekeeping and front desk. When returning to hotel I stopped at front desk to ask if they changed mattress they told me it was too late in the day for them to do anything knowing I told them that morning. I didn’t get any sleep so I checked out the next morning

Overall a great hotel for families especially with small children. The hotel is within minutes of the American Dream mall and New York. I enjoyed the mini kitchen in the room which is convenient for overnight feeds for my little one and washing bottles. The only thing I would have to complain about is how uncomfortable the beds are could definitely be softer but other than that it was great. There is convenient parking as well.

The staff and people were nice.. Breakfast was horrendous too many people not enough seating and very messy. Had to leve hotel to get breakfast. Late night return there wasnt any parking or valet for hotel. The only valet was for the club which took up all the.parking.

The breakfast options were better than most places. All of the staff were polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. The only reason for 4 stars is that although clean, some things are a bit run down. Our bathroom was a little leaky and the tile grout was definitely old and a little mildewed in spots. It’s normal wear and tear just unsightly in a hotel. That said the rooms are a fine size and also offer a kitchenette with a much larger than normal fridge, a cooktop, sink, dishwasher, pots, pans, cutlery, etc. There’s coin op laundry but they provide free detergent. The gym and pool area appeared to be well maintained. I didn’t use the area but the kids inside looked like they were having a lot of fun.
