The hotel staff was friendly, and the beds were pretty comfy, which is a big plus. But the scented sprays and deodorizers used were really nauseating. I'm not sure what it's covering up, but it can't be too healthy to breathe. Signs pointed to vending machines, but we never found one. The shower temperature fluctuated between boiling and freezing as you were using it. Minor point, but we couldn't figure out how to stop the TV from narrating every button-push: "Volume 14, volume 13, channel 04-21"-- annoying, but not fatal. Overall, a very average place to stay, but not crazy expensive, so if you keep your standards low, you'll be fine.

Would never stay here again, it stinks-literally!

Right upon walking into the lobby you're hit with a very strong perfume smell, like cleaner. Then around at the elevator and everywhere else you can't get away from an incense smell. It's so strong it hurts to breathe! The WiFi was mostly not working and would disconnect constantly. And overall a list of little things (one key card never worked, stains, very hot mattress protector, some pillow cases didn't fit, cracked bathroom counter, bad coverup paint jobs, and there was a weird panel in the wall that kids could easily open) that were so off putting I nearly moved hotels after the first night. The panel in the wall had a screen above it that never turned off so would be very bright to anyone needing a blackout room. It was a roof over my head and I never felt unsafe I guess?

Pros: allowed early check in (1.5 hrs before 3) without a fee Cons: *parking lot had sections block off with cones because fencing and other things were taking space which became an issue with parking as only the far side spaces were available and even some of those were limited * rooms are tacky, dated, and questionable, the bathroom was gross there were stains on the toilet that weren’t cleaned off, the shower/tub was dingy and worn down, the tv was dusty, and remote felt a bit gross. the doors are noisy, and floors dusty too. the room looks updated but it’s as if the updates were done over the old instead of being properly done. Also the beds weren’t that comfortable and the mattress moves, pillows are pretty limp and flat. * better lighting at night for entrance would be helpful * elevators are terribly slow

Would stay again!

My stay at the hotel was ok , my only issue is that I had to go to the front desk every day because no one came to my room to clean and provide fresh was clothes and towels.
