Ants in room. Customer came in asking to book a room for two hours while we were checking in. They resisted at first, then agreed. Prostitution and drug deals are the only time a room is needed for a few hours.

There was no airport shuttle as advertised. I was told my only option was a taxi $40 each way. My money was withdrawn outside of the contract which specified I’d pay at the desk. I am told to wait 3 days for the charge to be reversed. I expect information on Travelosity to be accurate in its search engine that filters for airport shuttle’. I was tired and disappointed after traveling across the country. I will think twice about your service as a result of this bad experience. I need trust when I am traveling.
