I booked this hotel for a two day getaway. The biggest problem with this hotel is the shuttle. My advice is to call the hotel as soon as you land (when you are on the plane), to request the shuttle. Find your way to P4, as that is where the shuttle can receive you. It took two hours for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport even though it is 15-20 minutes away. The shuttle was available to transport me to the railway so I could travel to the city. But, upon returning, the shuttle was not available to pick me up from the railway. Even though I requested it during operating hours. The breakfast was okay and the sleep number beds are a plus. The hotel is not located by restaurants and the nearest place to get food/snacks is a gas station 1/2 away from the hotel. Bottom line, this hotel is okay for the price but you have to plan ahead of time to get the most from your experience.

The carpet was spotty and dirty looking. The room next to us had a dog that barked off and on all night.

Be prepared

Pros: clean great location
Cons: Fix doors
When I entered hotel at about 930 ish music was playing from the bar area. The young lady who checked me in assured me that its not usually that loud they are having a party. She put me in a room on the 4th floor. I still heard the music which wasn't a problem BUT if you like it nice and quiet you may want to make sure there is no party lol. The rooms were clean it had microwave and frig, The food from the restaurant was very good they had great choices of meals. breakfast had good choices. I would stay again. Oh make sure your door closes all the way our didn't you have to do it your self.

This hotel did not have my resersation?

My experience is terrible. I spent more time at the hotel desk trying to fix this mess and the insiszted on charging my credit card again!

Overnight near Granddaughter's Christmas Concert

Location: Conveniently located.
My wife & I stayed overnight with my mother-in-law. We were very pleased. The staff was very accommodating, the room was clean and well-appointed and the breakfast was very good. I only suggested that the closet needed more hangers and the woman on the front desk said it would be taken care of. As an aside, we thought we had lost a camera and the Manager checked and followed-up with a phone call. The camera was not there, but we appreciated the follow-up.

average hotel

Pros: Clean and comfortable room.
Cons: Breakfast at a reasonable hour. Never could make the TV work. Other hotels give a paper with a list of what number to find channels.
I paid less than half the before for a room that was just as nice. Breakfast was not served until 7 a.m., way too late for those of us needing to get to the airport. For that kind of money I should have had breakfast available, at 6 a.m. like at just about every other hotel I have ever stayed at. It's a nice hotel, but overpriced for what you get.

Nice hotel

My daughter and I had a great experience here. Great service with very friendly and helpful staff. I enjoyed the free breakfast. And we also had lunch in the bar area while waiting for the shuttle. It was delicious. Thank you! Our first time visiting New York we stayed here. Considering Jersey was more affordable for me. But The distance and transportation to get to New York is a bit overwhelming.

Ok hotel for the price

Pros: The price.
Cons: Shower heads.
I was at Executive for a week on business. I mostly used this hotel to sleep. I didn't get the chance to explore the place so I can't rate the hotels' dining experience or other amenities. The staff always kept my room clean daily which was a plus. The shower head was a bit outdated but nothing to complain about. I would stay here again for the same rate if possible.

Terrible

We arrived after 7pm and waited for awhile then he front desk person told us that they don't have a room for us. They sent us to another hotel which was about 15 minutes away and the hotel smells. Very very disappointed.
