"Property is under construction which impacted lobby. Elevator use was terrible … not efficient and not adequate for the great number of guests. We had to use stairs To go down to lobby from 11 th floor twice during a 1 night stay! Although great location I would not return due to the poor crowd management and elevators!"

I was pleasantly surprised that I heard no noise given the proximity to the elevators and other rooms in what seemed to be a full hotel. Additionally, I was super happy to have the excellent coffee shop attached. The coffee and the service was great there, also. I will be back!"
