"We enjoyed our stay very much. Just had a great vacation. Everything was clean the front desk. Staff was nice especially Miley. We would definitely come back and stay again. The only issue we had was sometimes the room key would get deactivated from touching her cell phone so we had to go back to the front desk to get it activated but no biggie."

"The valet was outstanding and very helpful; the front desk was not helpful at all. I asked about the their lost and found, one lady said she would notify maintenance to see if anything was found in pool area and she would call me when she found something out. Well after 24hrs. I heard from no one, so I had to ask the same person at front desk if she found anything out. She told me at that time nothing was found maybe I left them somewhere else. I think I know where I left my little girl's sandals. I don't believe she has very good customers skills, because if she did hear back from the maintenance department why wouldn't you call me and say they didn't find anything, why grab my phone number if you were not going to call me, she forgot or just didn't care. Never tell a customer you're going to do something at not follow through. the rooms were nice, but I did get a suite with two balcony's which I always get when staying there but unfortunately, they had bird crap on two or more windows which wasn't very pleasing. I love staying there and I would deal with the dirty windows but dealing with front desk staff which their number one job is to take care of customers, so they have a pleasant stay there, and never tell a customer you're going to do something and never follow through. Never over promise."
