The front desk was very accommodating. The first room giveen was terrible. Door lock was broken, floors and glass windows dirty, walls look like they were being repaired. Think place was being renovated. They did give us a new room and that was satisfactory except the floor was pretty dirty. Not sure if they wash them.

We stayed here several years back for our anniversary, so we decided to go again based on that visit. We booked the same ocean-front Jacuzzi room. Price had gone up but that was expected. This is an edited review, as my first version hit the 1500 character limit, so I'll do my best to cover all the points. Poor maintenance - electronic door lock severely corroded due to salt air, very difficult to get to work, took 5-6 tries on each entry. Room darkening curtains could not darken the room due to their sad imitation of Swiss cheese - sooo many holes, looked like moths had a hay day. Jacuzzi control only partially worked - could not adjust the intensity level, and the only way to turn it off was by the wall switch, which you had to stand up to reach. Chaise lounge chairs outside on the pool deck were battle worn - so many of the vinyl straps were broken you could hardly sit in them. Supposedly a smoke free property with two designated smoking areas, but not enforced (as told to me by the front desk clerk) due to lack of staffing. Such a dramatic difference from our first stay. Very disappointed. Will not be returning.

Good value. Room was clean, comfortable, great view of the ocean. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was extremely minimal and parking on site was minimal. There was free overflow parking across the street for registered guests. I’d recommend it for the price i paid, but don’t assume you’re really getting even a typical continental breakfast. Dining options are nearby.

This hotel was absolutely nothing like the pictures. The moment I walked in, the lobby and my room both reeked of roach spray and mold—it was unbearable. The room was hot and uncomfortable because the AC barely worked, and to top it off, the bed linens were dirty and looked used. I spoke with the man at the front desk and was told my booking would be canceled and I’d be refunded. That never happened. He didn’t cancel it, and now I’m stuck disputing the charges for a room I couldn’t even stay in. This place is dirty, misleading, and unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs

Stayed in an oceanfront room. Nice place to stay short or long term. I like how its not a huge mega hotel so the pool area was never overcrowded. Staff was friendly and room was very clean. We will definitely be staying here again

Lenworth was wonderful at the front desk. Loved the easy access to the beach and the glass railing surrounding the pool provided a great ocean view from pool deck. Will rebook again.

The rooms are spacious and adequate,however we booked a kitchenette as we like to cook some of our own meals, we were disappointed to find out there was not any utensils or plates to eat from, not even a cup, only items supplied were polystyrene cups! The best feature of this hotel is the view of the ocean which is amazing, if it wasn’t for that we would have not stayed here. One more dissapointment was the fact they advertise as pet friendly yet there is absolutely nowhere to take your dog potty without crossing a dangerous busy road to find grass.
