Room was severely neglected and dirty. Staff felt very dismissive and had to beg for basic towel service. Pet station was nonexistent and yet I had to pay a $50 a day pet fee for it live and dead bugs in the room and check in dirt on countertops dirt in dressers. TV in bedroom didn’t work. Bathroom shower poured water and soaked the floor to almost standing water at every shower, riding door frames.

Beautifully decorated and very clean ocean front room. Lots of activities both inside and outside to keep everyone busy. Wonderful friendly and helpful staff all around. Everyone from front desk to housekeeping very pleasant.

The room was very clean. Although our room was right off the indoor pool, around 9 or 10:00 each night it was quiet, respectful of everyone’s quiet time. I would recommend the beds be updated, the mattresses were very hard. Overall it was a nice stay and the fresh donuts each morning were delicious.

The north tower is the newer tower built in 1984, if you have more than two peopleit’s worth spending the extra $20 a night to get the 500 square-foot room. They have incredible free donuts every morning. The outside landscaping , 2 outdoor pools and grounds are kept very nice . Been coming here for 30 years highly recommend the property as we continue to stay here because of the quality

Room was great and clean. Shower was amazing! Slept comfortably and peaceful. So many amenities. I will absolutely stay there again. Full fridge and freezer. Oven. Microwave. Separate beauty room from bathroom. Couch and beds can see tv at the same time. Amazing stay with the family and our dog.

This place was quite enjoyable. The hotel was nice, the rooms were clean and spacious. The amenities were good. Only complaint would be no breakfast really. If they had breakfast this place would be phenomenal. Overall great experience and we will be back for sure.

Went to Daytona for the annual car show on Thanksgiving weekend. I understand it was busy but I had booked the room a month and a half in advanced. When I arrived had to make a line to check in the check in started at 4 and I got there at 5. Once I finally checked in they told me the room was not ready and I had to wait. I ended up waiting at the lobby for the key and finally received the room key at 7pm, took 2 hours between the check in and receiving the key. Once I make it to the room and try to open the door, it was not working and would not read the room key. I went back to the lobby told the lady and they sent maintenance, waited in the hallway until the maintenance person came, mind you it was freezing cold due to a cold front and had to wait outside with my stuff. Finally, the door was fixed made it in the room and thankfully it was clean. However, you can hear everything through the walls in the hotel, it was 1am and I could hear the person next door screaming, talking and making noises. I had booked 2 nights and ended up staying only one. Overall, the room was clean but they need to coordinate things better and give maintenance to the rooms to make sure things are working before assigning them to guests.

So ignore all the good comments about this place and just go straight to the bad ones bc those comments are correct. We got out first room and my husband used the bathroom and I noticed a bug on the wall after having a slight disagreement about what kind of bug it was bc it was small we then started looking more and noticed a sticky trap full of cockroaches on it under the sink so then we started looking behind the picture frames and low and behold full of cockroaches we hurried up packed our crap went back to the front desk told them the room they just gave us had roaches as if they didnt already know but she was like oh dear and swapped us to another room, then this room the door lock was broke wouldnt take our keys went back to the front desk they had to have security let us in the room and he took our keys and said maintenance would fix it the next day. The next day comes and i go to the lobby to get our keys and see if maintenance fixed our lock bc we had been gone all day and the line was an hour long and other peoples locks were broke as well. So I guess long story short there is less bugs in the parking lot and your safer to stay in your car or just book somehwere else. This place isnt worth the money they charge oh and service sucks in the rooms and they never gave me a passcode for the wifi.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very roomy and clean. The parking is very tight and honestly a pain to deal with but the positives of this facility outweigh that. The pool areas were very clean and not cluttered. I would recommend and I would stay here again.
