I recently stayed at Perry’s Ocean Edge Resort in Daytona Beach and overall had a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing weekend by the ocean. When trying to extend my stay, I accidentally booked an additional room for the same night instead of the following night. I immediately reached out to both the hotel and the booking site to correct the mistake. The booking site even attempted to send a waiver request, but the hotel manager declined to make an exception due to policy, resulting in a $200 loss. Aside from that situation, my stay was enjoyable. Just be sure to double-check your booking details if you plan to extend.

The room was clean and comfy. Mary was exceptional, she is kind and helpful. We enjoyed the beach and the sunrises each morning. There was an extremely rude lady that came into the inside pool area where we were sitting in the hot tub. The hot tub had globs of hair/weave floating in it that we had to remove before we got in. There were soda cans and towels all around from the kids that were in there. This woman was rude and speaking disrespectfully to everyone around, even her employees. I did not see her name but was told she was the manager. I hope she knows she is the only negative thing I have to say about my weekend. She needs to do better.

Room was clean, shower a bit questionable. The issues I have is there is no where to smoke but you can’t smoke on the balcony (welp lets be serious their balcony is the building hallway with chairs next to your room enterance unless you are on higher floors or beach side).

The staff were very pleasant and efficient. The location is wonderful and the facility has a lot to offer - indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, tiki bar, outdoor tables. And, I wasn't expecting the fresly made donut bar!! My room was in the center building facing the indoor pool. My room did show evidence of the humid conditions like the door delaminating and the towel racks rusting. However, everything was very clean and top quality. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were quality along with the towels. I would definitely stay there again.

I paid for a cottage with a kitchen, ect. but when I arrived the cottage was given to somebody else. So They gave me a room instead, I was very disappointed. And they did nothing to make it right!! I even spoke with the manager and general manager about maybe coming back at a later time for a stay at the cottage that I originally paid for. There was no resolution!!😡😡

The rooms are clean, the view's are beautiful. My only suggestion is to request a room far away from the elevator. They are loud and it is hard to sleep past 7am if you are near them.
