Building smells of mold overwhelmingly upon entry. Elevator and rooms are supersaturated in bleach to cover mold smell. So much so that it caused respiratory issue. Checked in at midnight, checked out by 8 am because we couldn't take the smell anymore.

We had another wonderful stay. This is a clean comfortable hotel with a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub are well maintained. The price is reasonable. A locals favorite. We wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else.

Horrible moldy smell covered by extremely excessive bleach use in the rooms. Mold on the walls, floor tile grout, and air conditioner. Beds that are worse than military cots. Towels that I'm certain were sandpaper in another life. "Breakfast" was absolutely deplorable. Staff did not seem concerned in the slightest. You WILL regret staying here. No "if", "and", or "buts".
