Check in was at 4pm. I really wish there was early check in option esp with our flight getting in earlier. The hotel smelled clean but the reason i selected dirty was bc i touched a bandaid in the pool and it was there the whole time i stayed (4 nights) there was also other garbage in the pool. Their game room had snacks that were expired. And they have a tiki bar outside but it was never open. When i looked into this the sign outside the hotel said seasonal tiki bar, i was there mid june so that was dissapointing that they think june is not seasonal. Also they have pool and hot tub sign rules posted and their guest were ignoring them. They were eating food in the hot tub they were drinking while laying out. I did love the balcony prob the best part. Staff was friendly, always saw them cleaning. Would i stay there again? Prob not. The bandaid is a sign they dont clean the pool and is a health hazard esp after 4 days.

Horrible stay-Never again

Room was in need of painting and better cleaning. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Noise level from our nerving room and the pool area (directly under our balcony) was unbearable. We averaged 2-3 hours sleep per night because of the noise. Complaints to the front desk did nothing in fact I was basically told I was making it up because the pool area closed at 11 and the room next to us was vacant. At that time 11:45 I looked at the balcony and there were four people in the hot tub partying. I complained about the room next door again and this time they admitted there were people there but did nothing about it. Handicap parking permits were not enforced. Twice there was none for us (both with permits to park. 1st time a hotel employee was sitting in his car clearly waiting for someone….didnt offer to move. 2nd time 5 out of six vehicles parked did not have permits. Clear ADA violation. Shower in the room had very low output with most of the water coming out the faucet after pulling the knob to move it to shower. Pool area was nice with adequate chairs but were the most uncomfortable lounges I be ever used.

William was amazing but the other people that run the front desk really have to work on people personality. They didn't speak to have my key redone nine times. It was like they didn't care that. My door wasn't opening every time I left the room which was a little inconvenient or I should say a lot I have a tore meniscus so every time I would leave the room and have to go back in. I couldn't open the door so I had to go back downstairs to get another key made and it was like they didn't really care. I told him the door was not opening with the key. They would just make another one. I'd go back up I'd have to mess with it and eventually it would open.

I don't know where to start: the "heated" pool was FREEZING, the hot tub was LOUD and didn't seem to work the first 2 nights we were there, my card entry for the room had to be reconfigured THREE TIMES within 24 hours, the floor in our room was dirty and felt sandy/unclean, a bug ran across the bathroom floor on our last morning there (thank goodness), there were no drawers in our room for our clothes, hardly ever towels available for the pool area, fire pits weren't working, Tiki Hut was only available from May-September, one elevator was NOT working our first night, and on and on. I do NOT recommend staying here - spend a little more and get something better.

I rented this property for the tiki bar, hot tub and breakfast. The tiki was closed, the hot tub was cold as ice, and the breakfast was grab pop tarts....the shower took forever to get hot then lasted 5 minutes. My daughter had to finish he shower cold and the others three of us did not get one. The staff was very nice and the view is great, the only two good things about this place. We were disappointed!

We had a great stay!! Ocean front and a kitchen at this price? Great deal! Check in was easy and Room was clean. Balcony with two queens and a kitchen! Kitchen was great addition to their continental breakfast. We were able to make our own eggs. We spent all our time at the beach and the pool and only wished the Tiki bar was open. Seasonal starts around summer. Fine, I brought my own bar. Mark was friendly and so was the entire staff. Coffee available all day and never had a problem finding a parking spot. This is not a luxury resort but definitely got bang for the buck!!! We left very happy and wouldn’t mind staying again soon!
