The first front desk person we encountered was rude and unwilling to help, however, the second one was amazing and accommodating to our needs. The view from ocean front rooms is very nice, but the entire place is very run down and needs updating. Kitchenette is bare with not enough items to cook with. We had one pan, no disk soap, nothing in the bathroom either, towels are very old. Parking wa plentiful so that was nice. Our balcony had 2 high top chairs that were probably 40 years old and the matrass was old and lumpy. Overall, I would not stay here again for the price we paid.

Room was booked as a double queen and recived a single king for 2 adult men!!!! When trying to resolve the issue i was told it was yalls and the hotel's fault, but the hotel is booked and theres nothing more you can do but a $25 credit for my next trip. You dont have to worry about that!!!!

Floor was wet when we arrived and my daughter fell room was hot so I turned control to cool then went to dinner….got back and room was even hotter than before….was told by front desk that HOA group wouldn’t turn the cool on….i went to a different hotel. Ask for a refund and was told I’d have to come back in the morning to talk with the manager…went back the next morning and the ladies working the front desk we wonderful and approved the refund

The roomed seemed clean. There were fresh towels and the beds were made. The room itself left a lot to be desired. The bathroom door did not close. The walls were soft and peeling. The patio chairs were filthy. There was no regular sitting chair. I don't know if there was a TV or if it worked. There were no outlets available by the beds so my husband couldn't use his CPAP. No hangers and no dirty clothes bag. View was great. People were very nice.

The location was excellent and the view was beautiful. Unfortunately, the room itself was very outdated and not clean. We had to request clean towels every day, and despite asking multiple times, we were unable to get an extra bed. The two beds provided were very small, which made our stay uncomfortable. The indoor pool was out of service when we arrived. Although we noticed it appeared to be fixed two days later, the access code we were given did not work. Staff never came to open it for us, and when we called the front desk, the receptionist was not even aware that the pool had been repaired. Overall, the front desk staff was unfriendly and not willing to help with our questions or requests. While the location and free parking were definite positives, we would not choose to stay here again. Additionally, our friends were staying at the same property, and their suite was not available upon arrival, even though it had been booked back in August for a December stay. We were able to keep some of their food in our fridge and they had to come each night to use our oven. The reason we booked the suites was to have kitchen for our 5 day stay. At least they were compensated for part of their stay.
