Booked an oceanfront room, was given a room on the ground floor right in front of the parking lot and the view was hidden behind a huge bus. Room was very cold. After several attempts of asking the receptionist to move us we were pretty much ready to switch the hotel as we kept hearing no rooms available. At that point all of a sudden they found a room on a higher floor with a beautiful view. The toilet stank really bad ( they have no lids for some reason on the toilet), and I had to spray bleach every day to make the smell a bit better. There is no safe in the room in case it’s important for you. Below average overall. If you are not planning to drive - not a walkable neighborhood except beach walks. Beautiful beach- can’t beat Daytona views!

Our family (4 of us including two teenagers) stayed 8 nights, and we booked a room that has ocean view and comes with 2 double beds. The room is very clean and staff are amazing. We had such a good time. Thank you Bahama House! There are a sitting area (including a round table, two chairs, one stool, one single couch) and a kitchenette in the room, but you'll need a car to get around, I think. We cooked some very simple food there, but we bought some cooked food and ate in our room most of the time. Of course, we tried some restaurants in the area as well. Costco is about 25 min drive away. There are Game Time and a Guitar Centre in the Costco Plaza. Our Canadian Costco Membership works in Costco's Daytona Beach location too. The house keeping team did a great job. When we returned to our room everyday, it was clean and spotless, making our stay more enjoyable. The staff in the hotel are very friendly and professional. We also visited Blue Spring State Park that is 40 minutes drive away. I recommend this park, where we spotted Manatees. Apparently you can spot manatees between November and March. It was a very cool experience. There are a public tennis court and a basketball court 9 minutes drive away from the hotel. In addition, my kids had a good time at the beach which is just outside the hotel. The outdoor pool has heated water. The only drawback I can think of is the water pressure in the shower is a bit low, but we can still shower okay. We enjoyed our stay!

The room was amazing. Had a wonderful kitchenette with a full sized fridge and stovetop. Dining area with 2 chairs. The sleeping and living area was very spacious and the view from the balcony was exceptional. The staff was so friendly and accomodating. Always had fresh towels for us. The pool area was very well kept. The beach access was perfect. If i go to Daytona Beach again i would happily stay there.
