The view was stunning. Watching the sunrise every morning from our balcony while the dolphins played out in the distance was so relaxing. It's definitely on the quieter end of the strip which we loved. (Little tip: turn left out of the hotel to get to better areas- the closer you get to the pier area and right outside of it are not so great looking, but that has nothing to do with the hotel...we were just directed by our gps the first couple days to go right and kind of take a convoluted way to find food and shopping!) The pool and hot tub were super clean and well maintained as was the rest of the property. The direct access to the beach can't be beat-right down a set of stairs or a ramp and you're on the beach and in the water! The staff was so welcoming and super attentive. Anything we needed they responded quickly. We had an issue with our tub draining slow, let them know on our way out to eat and by the time we got back it was fixed. The free continental breakfast and the happy hour were nice-typical hotel stuff in that regard. Our room was huge and felt like a small apartment more than a hotel room. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was the most wonderful hotel experience for us in a very long time. The hotel is beautiful ! The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated. Ours was ocean view but still reasonably priced, with a very large porch. The staff were friendly and helpful! The pool was decent sized and very close to the hotel , with easy beach access. I highly recommend Bahama House!!

Overall, the hotel is good value for money. The room and location are excellent. However, the breakfast is frankly mediocre. If you try to avoid eating flour and sugar, there is simply nothing to eat. The staff could also be more polite, especially at the reception.

Enjoyed our one night stay. The room was clean, bigger than expected, the beds were comfy, the pool and hot tub were wonderful also beautiful views of the ocean. I don't know if it was like this in every room but our ac unit was loud even when it stopped blowing it constantly made noise like wind blowing thru it. So to watch tv we had to turn it up pretty loud. It however helped to block out any other noise so it was helpful.

Stayed 5 nights in an ocean front double queen with a balcony and kitchenette.Booked this hotel last minute after changing from going to Clearwater to Daytona Beach Shores because of wanting to be closer to MCO. What I did like about this hotel. Friendly staff, clean room, beautiful ocean view, quiet and safe. What could be improved on. The shower split water from the shower head and faucet, so there wasn’t much water pressure. Staff did look at it, but it wasn’t something that could be fixed without maintenance. The flat top electric burner glass burnt and couldn’t be cleaned just from using it. The no smoking policy wasn’t enforced even after complaining about the older couple smoking weed on the balcony twice during my stay. A big Palmer bug got into the tub (think it came up from the drain) and had to have the receptionist inspect it to give 100% identification that it was in fact a palmetto bug not a roach. They offered to move me to another room, but we were already unpacked and comfortable The jacuzzi was small and pretty dirty it needed more water. People smoked and left butts all along the outside of the jacuzzi. The continental breakfast was decent. The beds are comfortable and I liked being able to cook a few meals in the room to save money. Win Dixie is right down the street and had some good deals. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back.
