We loved this resort so much. The cabana room was perfect. The only thing that bothered me was the water pressure wasn’t as good as I expected. Loved the s’mores every night. The security guard was really nice and they had movie night at the pool. Can’t wait to go back and take the grandbabies.

Elevators didn’t work for the four days we were there. Towel racks in bathroom fell off walls, pool over crowded from people coming off beach, no compensation for my family in upper floors dealing with walking up 10 floors, water in lobby floors causing my daughter to fall hurt knee bleeding now infection again no compensation. We had 13 rooms lot if money was spent for this kind of treatment. Second thought about returning and we have been coming for years.

Avoid this resort at all cost
The rooms were outdated and dirty all around covered in sticky dust. I had my dog with me and they agreed to charge 200 for the entire stay. At the time of check out I noticed a charge for their bar, I advised I did t use it and they said they had my signature authorizing the charge, I asked for period of the receipt knowing we didn’t use it and they came back saying that they incorrectly advised in error and it was another guest who stayed in my room supposedly before me which didn’t make any sense since I was there for 8 days and the charge was on the 7th day. I can only imagine how many of these they tried to pull with other guest especially those who use their bar…one week after my check out I noticed addition fee which was not on my final check out receipt and I called them immediately and they said they charged me additional pet fee, I advised this was fraud and not authorized and never discussed and they can’t charge me additional fees after my check out and outside of what was agreed for my pet fee. The staff were condescending and talking over me and I asked to speak to a manager and no one called back. Also it says if you stay after 3 days they offer free parking, yet I was charged for my stay each day. Horrible service, shady and would avoid it at all cost! There are plenty Daytona hotels that are updated modern clean and provide good seevice

Ok beachside hotel with restaurant getting old
We live in Orlando and were looking for a short getaway weekend. This property is old - not sure how old but counter in bathroom is about 3 feet from floor so tall people will hurt their back bending down to brush teeth, wash, etc. Our room was okay - beds okay, sheets clean but refrigerator was frozen, red stains on green carpet, caulk in bathroom peeling, rust around bath door knob and bottom of door, the good point was it is right on the beach, pool area is nice, pool somewhat small and crowded, restauarant prices were reasonable for dinner and breakfast, lots going on this weekend with multiple weddings, 1969 high school reunion so when we asked for different room view they said only 2 rooms available - in summary a decent beach side hotel with onsite restaurant but you will find room to be dated.

The staff were amazing- every single interaction! The valet service outstanding- yes you have to pay for this service- $25 a day to park your own or $30 a day for valet! Pool was heated- nice outdoor dining and food and drinks always available at Tiki Bar Every where was super clean! Daytona drive on the beach waa new to us! This section of town calm and Traffic nothorrible Nice play to run away for a few days! Definitely $$$$ Lotsa hidden fees is my one warning to all!

As soon as you walk into the lobby you are created with a friendly smile and the beautiful spa-like aroma. The only issue is the shower, there's no shower door and there's no way of NOT getting water all over the bathroom floor. We asked for extra towels and they were delivered timely. Great service - the staff is very kind!
