This was our second time staying at this property and we would definitely come again. The grounds are beautiful…according to my husband the golf course is great. The service is excellent as was the food at the Atlantic Grill. Plenty of seating around the pool!

I went to the pool with my daughter wearing oxygen and there were no beach chairs available. We didn’t know and weren’t told until we were in. We weren’t told you had to reserve. Going to the small pool by the lodge was great and empty

The resort is beautiful, but not very handicap accessible. The lobby staff is not very helpful and somewhat rude. In addition, make sure to check your bill throughly at checkout. I was charged for things I did not purchase.

directions on parking in garage were terrible. There was work going on in part of parking garage and no signs really showing where you could park. I parked in the back lot near golf course not knowing if I would be towed away there or not. Could have better directions on getting to P1 level and to pool area from there. Fantastic pool complex area... grand kids loved it and the ADULTS TOO!!!!

The property looks beautiful on the outside, and the majority of the inside areas are beautiful as well, however, it is almost due for a complete update and it shows. The lobby is nice, as are the restaurants, but even the rooms that have been recently redecorated are a tad dated (early 2000s styles with a lot of scuff marks) though still nice… I wasn’t disappointed! The bathrooms in particular are spacious and lovely. The exterior areas (hallways to rooms, which are external, elevators, and walkways to the pool/beach are in need of a power wash and paint). The pool area is nice and great for kids, though the workers were hit or miss with friendliness and they could use a few more chairs. They charge for beach chairs (pool chairs are free) which I think is uncalled for as the rooms are already expensive. The food is expensive, but most of it is decent. The cafe’s oven wasn’t working while we were there some of the days which was a bummer as the only other breakfast option is Atlantic Grille… which I did enjoy, but it is pricey and the menu/service could use an update for lunch and dinner. Overall, the resort is pretty, the rooms are solid, and the beach and pools are lovely. If you’re looking for a one stop shop resort for a beach vaca, this is a good option, especially if you have kids. There were a lot of kid activities through the week!

The amenities were great and the staff was friendly. Beautiful beach and pools. The Italian restaurant was great. The sushi place was meh and expensive. The premises were cashless, but also had 2.5% service charges for using cards (including room key). The beds were comfortable and the room was average. It is noticeable that the rooms were older and could use a dehumidifer. The lighting in the room was poor; one lamp did not even work and the balcony door was difficult to open. During the windy rain, the balcony door kept swinging open during the night. The lodge itself was difficult to find due to poor signage. There is free parking in the Atlantic Grille and then you walk towards the "lodge" towards the back. There are only 20 rooms for guests that are non-club members. On the way to the resort, there is $3 toll for Hammock Beach. During our visit, it rained a lot so we did not get to enjoy fully experience the resort. Instead we were in the room a lot with a not so great TV.

The facade is real! This wasn’t our first stay here, but it will be the last for a while. The grounds are kept pristine to distract you from the shenanigans behind the scenes. Extremely short staffed. We stayed in the north towers, in a luxury unit & though it was plenty big and nice, the AC unit wasn’t working. Thankfully it wasn’t too hot outside. The pools close between 5-6pm. Website says dusk but it never stayed open past 6pm. That’s tough when you have kids and 2 hours left of daylight on spring break. Restaurant prices have soared. 100% cashless resort, which is becoming the new norm., however, if you use your card, you get the 2.5% fee each time. They do not accept Apple Pay. Check-in wasn’t friendly.
