We started in a city view room, this smelt strongly of mold. We brought this to the front desks attention and they moved us to another room. The second room was much better as far as smell. It did have a cockroach crawling on the bed, we also brought this to the front desk and without question, they upgraded us to an ocean view suite- this was a great size with similar amenities, including a sitting area. The view of the ocean was incredible. This hotel was right on the water with a very short walk to souvenir shops and the boardwalk with Joe's Crabshack. The pool and hot tub were warm and of common hotel standards. The outdoor tiki bar however was not open long. We were told it would stay open until 10 but was closed by 8 each night. Overall great experience with friendliness and accommodations from staff. The rooms were very basic- no breakfast or dining options though. But they did have snack options to purchase in the lobby.

Loved our stay here. Exactly where we wanted to be in proximity to the ocean and the rest of the boardwalk. Staff was so kind and helpful. Some of the furniture in the rooms was a little rundown and old but it didn’t take away from the charm or experience.

The room was ok. You pay for the location not the quality of the room. The ladies at the front smdest were very nice and helpful. The windows are thin and do not keep out noise. Im not a fan of the souble parking amd having to let someone else move my vehicle.

Stayed here for one night on Black Friday. Couldn't stay asleep from the constant sound of revving engines and cars with no mufflers coming from the road. Felt like I was right next to a race track. It didn't stop until 2:30am, and we had to get up at 4am to get back on the road. The room has no blackout curtains. It was also very cold and the bedding was so thin we had to sleep in our sweatshirts over our PJs. The mattresses and pillows could use replacing. Parking is tight and not sufficient. We had to park in the overflow lot. On the positive side, staff was nice and the room was specious, updated, and clean but this is not an ideal location for a good night's sleep. We couldn't get out of there fast enough.
