Overall it really was a great experience. The accommodations were lovely, the staff were great, and it was so nice being on the beach. The main reason I did not give 5 stars is because we were there 5 nights, and our room was not cleaned once. We were never offered fresh towels and we had to sweep the floors daily because of all the sand. Our beds/sheets were so sandy it really would have been nice to have our sheets changed at least once. I had to call and get replacement towels. The outside hot tub was also filthy (green) which was disappointing. We paid a “resort” fee and it would have been nice to have it feel more like a resort and less like an Air BnB.

The facility was absolutely superb. Totally clean and well ran. Spotless. The room was immaculate. The pools were clean and refreshing. The restaurant was superb. I highly recommend this facility as it is quiet, well manicured, efficient, clean, and well worth the stay. The staff were always cleaning.

When we arrived the staff at check-in was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spotless. The view of the beach is great for mornings and sunsets. Only complaint that me and my wife have is, that the mattress was on the hard side and made it uncomfortable for us when sleeping. Other than that, it's a great spot for a nice weekend.

Didn’t use food services. Room was VERY clean. Looked new. The problem with being locked in, just means if you don’t have your purple room armband, you have to walk all the way around the facility and come in on the street side to the pool, your room etc. the pool is beautiful outside view is awesome, no balcony but floor to ceiling glass.
