"Overall it was a good stay! The staff are great and the room was great! The only downsides were that we like to take the stairs and you can only go to the second floor if you want access to the lobby, if you go to the first floor the stairs lead directly outside. There is a warning sign for that on the second floor, which is really helpful. And the lobby bathroom apparently takes a separate key obtained from the front desk, the room keys didn’t work for us. They don’t have onsite parking but they provide great directions to a parking garage close by, we paid 20.00 to park overnight. Lastly, it’s very close to the trolley so you’ll hear it but it does stop between midnight and six a.m.Overall a good stay but some tiny nuances that might be helpful to know ahead of time. Enjoy your travels!"

"The owner Wes is a really nice guy who obviously takes great pride in this property and it really shows in all the details. It's clean, well organized, with lots of creature comforts like terry robes and slippers, beautiful lounge rooms, a nice fireplace, a jacuzzi in the back, free freshly cooked breakfast in the morning. This place is better than most hotels I've ever stayed at, which is amazing, but true. The location is also great, in the middle of the Allentown neighborhood of Buffalo with all the charming restaurants, shops and bars and adjacent to downtown, so you're close to everything without being too close. I stay overnight in Buffalo on a fairly frequent basis and this is where I'll be staying from now on, hands down. This place is a great value with a lot more character than you'll find elsewhere. I really can't recommend this place highly enough."
