Property is a little run down but the location to the stadium is convenient. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I also appreciated that this hotel did not triple its price for an event like most other hotels in the area. If you are looking for a place to rest and your expectations are not too high, you are good to stay here. Beds were comfy, linens were clean. Next time I would bring my own bath towels as they could use some new ones. I would stay here again.

Room 432 was absolutely disgusting. Switched us to a new room which is a step up but still very dingy, stinky, etc.

This is rundown motel that needs updating. It was very expensive for one night stay, almost $300. The sink had a leak and there was a lake over the floor. I let the employee know at checkout and was simply asked what my room number was. I would not stay there again.

The room had a heavy smell of cigarettes when we first opened the door. There were ashes on the table between the beds. The covers had burn holes in them. The sheets and mattress had stains on them. There was dirt and play dough on the floor. There was an even in the area making it very hard to find a room. I spent a lot of money to stay in this room and was not happy. The lady at the front desk was polite and kind.

For the money
The staff were very friendly and seemed to be good people. The motel is aged and apparent. You could feel the springs in the bed, but was clean. 2 Problems came up while there. 1. We had been checked in for an hour or two when a couple knocked on the door. They had been booked into the same room about an hour before us and were returning. We had found their suitcase and camera in the room and turned them over to the desk. 2. Semi parked in the lot with the engine running all night made for awesome sleep noise. Otherwise was a decent place and again great staff
