The biggest opportunity was definitely in the cleanliness of the rooms. The sheets were not clean once we pulled back the sheets there was hair in there. The carpets need to be shampooed and the pillows had an odor again. I want to stress on the fact that I don’t believe it’s from lack of care from want from the staff I do believe it’s from lack of care to inability of them having time to take care of the rooms properly the area of opportunity that needs to be taken. The greatest improvement on is going to be staffing. "
