Very close to beach but also the freeway which will wake you up if you’re a light sleeper. Stayed here three time but was very disappointed this time. The fridge didn’t work, three of the outlets didn’t work. Hair was in the tub and one of the towels. The tv stand was dirty. Very disappointed this time.

I want to start off by saying the staff was very polite. The hotel need to hire more help for holidays. I didn't get my until 3:13pm pass check in time. Then had to walk downstairs twice because room key didn't work. I feel I should've received some type of discount.

Review for the stay in mid April 2025

The stay was good except that our room's door lock was bad. It was not working and I had to go multiple times to the lobby to get new card everytime. I also feel that the management can upgrade some of the utilities in the hotel room. The breakfast was good and we were happy with the breakfast served.

A comfortable family stay

Beds are comfortable. Family suite available equipped with bunk beds. Friendly staff, rooms were clean, continental breakfast nothing special. Jacuzzi wasn't working and minor problem with the AC are my only complaints. Close to Legoland and a strawberry farm. Stores and restaurants nearby. A good stay for an average hotel.

We found the beds EXTREMELY clean and comfortable. When going to a hotel you know nothing is like your own bed, however, we did not miss our beds. Slept very well and comfortable.

Our stay was significantly impacted by multiple issues. Upon arrival, the hot tub was cordoned off with caution tape, a key amenity we were looking forward to. The front desk staff informed us that Best Western were letting us(La Quinta guests ) use their facility for the hot tub and that the pool was heated.😦 Upon entering our room, we discovered hair on both beds, which I documented with photos. After contacting room service, they changed the bedding. However, we then found ants in the beds, requiring us to repeatedly remove them. Throughout the night, we received seven silent phone calls, disrupting our sleep. The following morning, we found more ants in my daughter's bed. We reported this to room service and were told we would be moved to a different room after it was cleaned. This was the first time we had to relocate due to such poor room conditions. In the second room, while seemingly cleaner, we found unswept bathroom floors with hair that didn't belong to us, and hair in the shower. We also encountered a clogged shower drain in the first room. Furthermore, when we requested fresh towels, we were told we had to retrieve them from the front desk, which was inconvenient. Having stayed in numerous hotels over the past month, I can confidently say this experience was exceptionally disappointing

Nothing spectacular… go with an air bnb

The room was nothing fantastic. And I opted for the “bedroom option”. Bed in one room bunk bed in the other. Should have had a full size fridge in the room for families that would take this option. The room was clean… but not spectacular. Check in was some a 20 something night clerk,that acted like he was more put out by us arriving after 1130 then he could stand.

find a better hotel in the area

I booked this place through expedia for a 5 day trip for me and my kids. this hotel is dingy, dark, and overall a bad vibe. i would not recommend this place to anyone. the staff is rude, unprofessional, and i needed to leave early due to an emergency. i checked out before 12 on my second day, mitzi at the front desk informed me that the hotel would not refund the last three days of my stay, that i needed to call expedia. so i called expedia. and expedia called the hotel and mitzi said they would refund me. so at this point im driving back o the hotel to get my refund from them and here is mitzi, telling me that no they aren’t going to refund me the whole amount and that they were still going to charge for the following night even though i checked out and physically gave them the hotel room key. well kevin the manager gave me the run around and tried to tell me that he was doing me a courtesy for even giving me the last three days of my trip back (mind you, the day of check in, mitzi said the charge you as the days go). so i ask kevin for a higher up to speak to and he says “there’s no one” and i ask for corporates number. he gets this really annoyed look on his face but he gives me the customer service number you can just look up online. i called wyndham customer service and they created a reference number and all that stuff. honestly, it was a huge hassle to deal with these people just for them to be ethical. run.
