The staff is not particularly friendly or helpful, and the property is currently undergoing renovations—likely because it hasn’t been updated in decades. The rooms are especially disappointing: dark, outdated carpeting, disintegrating curtains, and worn, unappealing bedspreads make the space feel neglected. While the manager, Amara, was lovely and did his best to assist, there’s only so much that can be done given the condition of the property. Housekeeping offers a voucher if you choose to skip service, but it’s provided somewhat reluctantly, which adds to the overall underwhelming experience."
