Estos son agradables unidades de tiempo compartido de 1 habitación y 1 baño con cocinas completas y todo lo que necesita. El complejo está justo enfrente del Oceanfront en VA Beach. El resort ocupa el puesto 22 de 115 en VAB y ha sido totalmente renovado. Esta unidad tiene capacidad para hasta 4 personas y está convenientemente ubicada en 4th y Atlantic, al lado de Rudy Inlet en el extremo sur del paseo marítimo. Un gran lugar para andar en bicicleta o en patines. La unidad tiene una cocina completa equipada con ollas y sartenes, por lo que no es necesario comer afuera. pantallas planas en todas las habitaciones, camas realmente cómodas, baños bonitos, todo rehecho hace unos años. También directamente enfrente del restaurante Waterman's Seafood y del pabellón 4th Street en el paseo marítimo donde tienen buena música en vivo. A pocas cuadras de la estructura gigante de gimnasio de la jungla en el extremo sur del malecón.

Mis semanas van de viernes a viernes en junio durante el verano (o de sábado a sábado en julio y agosto), así que solicito que todas las reservas comiencen o finalicen el viernes o el sábado entre el Día de los Caídos y el Día del Trabajo.

A un corto paseo del corazón de VAB: el paseo marítimo, restaurantes, bares, vida nocturna, montañas rusas y atracciones, mini golf, salas de juegos y frente al mar y playas. Un gran lugar para niños y adultos.

La ciudad de VA Beach paga bandas y actuaciones callejeras para actuar en cualquier esquina de la calle todas las noches entre las calles 17 y 30. Conciertos gratuitos en los varios pabellones que suben y bajan por el paseo marítimo. Un gran lugar para andar en bicicleta o en patines. Estacionamiento incluido. Piscina cubierta y jacuzzi. Nos encanta este hotel porque es la ubicación perfecta, estás al otro lado de la calle del océano, cerca del enorme gimnasio de la jungla al final de la caminata. A un tiro de piedra desde donde salen los recorridos en bote y los barcos de pesca de alta mar. También tendré acceso a la piscina cubierta de la azotea, a la sauna, a la bañera de hidromasaje y a la enorme terraza que da a la avenida principal de Ocean Sands, Ocean Front, en la calle 23. Esto también incluye aparcamiento gratuito en el Ocean Sands.

SCAMMER!!!!

I did not stay. Owner is a scammer. Took our money and never answered us. We drove 3.5 hoursto find out by the resort that he is no longer allowed to rent out space because of non payment of his dues. So we had to find a nearby hotel to stay at which was nothing that we wanted but had to

Did not meet expectations

Check in went well. The staff was very friendly. When we arrived, we noticed a sign on the pool door that said it was closed. When we asked about it, we were told the pool & hot tub would be closed through at least Saturday. We arrived on Thursday. The pool & hot tub were one of the main reasons we booked here. We then went to our room & it was tiny! The pictures are deceiving. Very old & not the cleanest. Honestly reminded me of a motel. Definitely could use updating. Since the pool was closed, the boys decided to use the gym. Several pieces of equipment were broken and non functional. The walk to the beach was easy & the drive to the sports complex for the boy’s basketball tournament was quick. There is an Italian restaurant on site which was nice. Overall we were very disappointed in our stay due to the condition of the room, gym & pool.

NCAA Track Meet

Was in town for the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships at the Virginia Beach Sports complex. Ocean Key Resort is less than 2 miles from the complex. It's in a great location and within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. The resort itself was very clean with a nice indoor pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

Beach trip

The property was as described. The suite was well-stocked with dishes, silverware and all that we needed. It was ocean front with a nice view and very close to the beach. The place was clean and we enjoyed 2 nights there. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent Location, Good Value

The location was perfect, a short walk from the beach and plenty of restaurants. The room was large enough that my partner and I were very comfortable. The kitchen space was great. Check in was quick and easy! The space itself could use some minor adjustments to make it perfect. For example, the trash from the previous stay hadn't been taken out, there was some wear and tear in the bathroom, some stains on one of the sheets. Not deal breakers, just things we noticed. We would definitely stay here again for the value and location!

It is a great location. You can walk to anything you need: beach, restaurants, stores, water attractions. A lot of things to do for the family. For the hotel itself can give only 3 stars. Our check in time was at 4 but our room wasn’t ready until 6. It didn’t have towels at all. We called 3 times but didn’t get until next day. I had to go and find the linen room and beg for towels. Our bedroom had a balcony with ocean view which is great. Unfortunately, the street noise was so loud I had to sleep with the pillow on my head. So, if you’re a light sleeper like me ask for the room without balcony. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location for families!

The condo was clean & well appointed. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub, ocean view room, & quiet location. Loved that it was steps from the ocean but at the far end of the strip, definitely less crowded & chaotic. We were able to walk, bike, & take to the trolley everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely stay here again!

A great spot for surf camp

Our son attended surf camp at 4th street so this was the perfect spot. There were a few maintenance issues during the week ( no water during the day on Wednesday ...and no working air conditioning on Thursday)...but the property management worked quickly to try and resolve the issues. Very pleased with the location, would stay again.

Perfect location

The room was very nice. The timeshare hotel was very busy. The room had no working TV'S (thete were 2 and neither one worked on the single remote in the room) also no working phone (on the info given at check-in, "just call us to swsp out linens or if there is any problem". There were dirty towels hidden on the balcony and on a lower shelf in the bathroom. I contacted the owner. I also found a wonderful maintenance man when i was heading down to the front desk with the TV & phone problem. He fixed the TV but said the phone hasn't worked in a while. I would still recommend a stay here. You cant beat the location. We had a great time there.

Our unit was modernized. Stainless steal appliance’s and a nice bathroom. When we got there they had no information on our reservation. The girl at the desk said it happened all the time. She easily added our reservation but it took about a half an hour and was a little embarrassing. Overall, the place was clean and the staff were great! I cannot say enough about how friendly the staff was. This place is not a 5 star high end but it was perfect for a short getaway. Clean and reasonably priced. The beach is literally right across the street. I never used our vehicle the whole 4 days. Everything is within walking distance, restaurants and shops.

Excellent

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at Ocean Key Resort in the past 13 months. We have enjoyed our stay immensely each time. The facility is exceptionally clean, the staff is top-notch and so accommodating and the location is great. The host has been overly accommodating and receptive and I would look for his properties first anywhere I decide to stay in the future.

Mostly good

Time spent in Virginia was great. We were disappointed however to find 1 fork, 1 regular spoon, 4 large spoons and some butter knives. 3 small plates, 2 coffee mugs, 2 soup bowls… Don’t know how it could be said there was what would be needed by way of dishes, etc. Also, our email and what we chose as descripytwas a place with patio/deck facing water. We had no patio or deck. One window to look out to left, only windows don’t open so can’t smell or hear ocean or feel breeze. I couldn’t use pool or hot tub as chlorine smell was way too strong and caused eyes to stung/burn. Location is excellent and very clean. Girl checking us in seemed to be in a hurry to do something else.

very nice for the price!

The property was very nice. All of the employees were very nice and helpful. The only issue was the noise from the street was a little loud. especially around 4 am, you can hear trucks beeping because they were backing up. I think either making deliveries or picking up trash.
