Elevator didn't work, had to take 6 flights of stairs, very old building, had to go outside just to take the stairs, horrible place, very nice people work there but the hotel needs serious revamping, nice breakfast was the highlight of the hotel

Lack of maintenance service on premise. .

Toilet was clogged even though I didn’t even put paper. When called the front they said they had no maintenance person, but they could bring me a plunger so I could unclog it myself. Fortunately after a few minutes the water receded every time I used it and I was only there one night.

Right off the highway, so we were able to leave and return really easily. Also the staff was very nice and accomidating with providing me a toothbrush and toothpaste when i forgot mine. The breakfast was outstanding the whole time!!!!

Check in was quick and easy. Service was great. Only problem were the elevators. Over a 4 night stay. When we checked in one of the elevators were down by the time we checked out both elevators were down. When you have 8+ floors... that is unacceptable.
