But consider The Court, Seaside's iconic motor court that has recently undergone an 18-month renovation to preserve the past glories of travel while still catering to the comfort and needs of modern travelers.

Your immaculately appointed room overlooks a central landscaped garden. Everything that you are looking for is close by. The beach is mere steps away through the Ruskin Street Pavilion (or the iconic Coleman Pavilion just one block away). So, too, is downtown Seaside with its restaurants and shops. Your room comes with a queen-size bed with Peacock Alley linens. The coastal furnishings are from Serena & Lilly. If you are working remotely or just want to be able to check email, there is a custom built-in desk area. For refreshments, the room has a coffee station with a Nespresso maker, tumblers, and a small refrigerator. The large private bathroom has an ample vanity and a marble-tiled shower with a rainfall shower and wand. Two plush robes are available for use during your stay. Abundant storage allows you to unpack and relax with your things neatly stored. When it's time to head to the beach, you won't have far to go!

You’ll find all of the modern conveniences that you need to make your stay comfortable. The room, approximately 280 sq. ft., is equipped with a mounted Samsung smart TV. Also, there is a Wi-Fi booster for a seamless Internet experience. The room has extra soundproofing to ensure that your sleep is undisturbed.

Open the blackout shades in your room, and you’ll find the central garden with beautiful landscaping known as “The Lawn”. Step out of the room onto a private porch with a custom hanging bed and a throw. This is the perfect place to begin your day with a cup of coffee and the smell of sea air. When the day is done, return here to relax with a glass of wine.

* The Court is a 2-night minimum year-round and a 1-night minimum in Winter. The Court's yearly calendar is only open to book up to one year in advance to the general public. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. No occupants under 25 years of age allowed.
