Esta hermosa casa se encuentra en una excelente ubicación en un vecindario tranquilo y orientado a la familia, y es el lugar perfecto para experimentar 30A. Cuenta con tres dormitorios y dos baños y medio. Inmediatamente notará el hermoso diseño interior de la casa. La sala de estar cuenta con una gran cantidad de asientos con dos sofás (uno es una cama Queen) y dos sillas cómodas. También hay una gran pantalla plana para su placer visual. La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, perfectos para una comida familiar.

Hay una sala de literas que cuenta con dos juegos de literas de dos camas individuales y una pantalla plana. ¡Esta podría ser la habitación perfecta para los niños o adultos por igual! La suite principal cuenta con una cama king-size y un montón de espacio abierto. También hay otro dormitorio de la reina.

Una de las cosas que hace que esta casa sea tan bonita son los porches. Hay un porche en el segundo nivel que cuenta con asientos y un columpio. ¡Es el lugar perfecto para descansar y relajarse después de un día lleno de diversión en la playa! También hay una cubierta superior, que cuenta con impresionantes vistas panorámicas. Imagínese ver la salida y la puesta del sol o simplemente ver las vistas desde este gran punto de vista. La casa también cuenta con una parrilla si está preparado para poner su barbacoa en!

La ubicación es perfecta. Estar tan cerca de Gulf Place abre muchas opciones. Hay muchos restaurantes excelentes a corta distancia, como Stinky's, Sergio's, Shunk Gulley y Sunrise Coffee Shop. La nueva tienda de comestibles Publix está a 3 millas de distancia en la autopista 98. El Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club, un campo semiprivado de 18 hoyos, se encuentra a menos de 1 km de la casa. Es el único campo en el área de Destin con dos hoyos que retroceden hasta el Golfo de México. La revista Golf describió el Santa Rosa Golf Club como "El golf más puro en el Panhandle de Florida". Great Location

The house was nice and clean. The location was great. The only issue was that the refrigerator was broken and we weren’t made aware of it, even as of the date we checked in, so we lost a lot of food we had purchased. We were provided a dorm size refrigerator but for a family of 4 that didn’t work long.

Exactly As Advertised

Had a great stay here with friends for a short beach vacation. Property as advertised. Conveniently located near a gas station for emergency purchases. 5min walk to the beach. Comfy living room, working grill, and kitchen with all the pots and pans you need. Things that could be improved: there is no basic seasonings provided like salt and pepper, only one roll of toilet paper for every bathroom regardless of stay length, only 2 patio chairs on the rooftop for a property that holds many people, construction noise in the morning, and the outside shower was broken and in-operable. Overall an amazing stay with everything we needed without many hiccups. 5 stars, stay here and enjoy your time with friends and family:)

Good vacation

Property was good. Indoor area was great for our family. Outdoor area could use some attention since the outdoor furniture had mold and mildew on it and really wasn’t usable. Management company was very responsive to issue but there was not a quick solution for the problem. Great area for sure.

Loved this property!! Close to the beach.. neighborhood was so cute. The kitchen was very well equipped to prepare a meal. The only complaint I had was the bed in the master bedroom was so hard, but I would definitely stay here again.

Great House Great Location

The house was very nice. Clean and plenty spacious for our family. All bedrooms on the same level (downstairs), which is great for families with small children. Common space upstairs, which is great for not disturbing sleeping guests. Outside porches were very nice with plenty of seating. Location, relative to public beach access, was wonderful. Could easily walk if you have a wagon or don't mind carry your gear. Renting a golf cart is also a great option. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house in a lovely neighborhood!

We have stayed in multiple properties in this neighborhood and this is one we will come back to for sure. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were great. We really loved the enclosed porch were our children could play safely. There was some construction going on behind the house, but the disruption was very limited and certainly the owners can’t control the property behind them.

Excellent location, the house was very nice. it would be nice to have outside dinning and a fire pit. The porch swing is nice we enjoyed it very much all though the fabric needs to be cleaned. Beds were very comfortable, and the bedding was clean. The shower head in the master bedroom needs something because the pressure and direction isn't great. overall I would definitely stay at this property again.

Great Stay!!

We had a great time and loved the house! There was plenty of room and the layout worked great for our group. The location is perfect and it is a short walk to the beach. We also LOVED the outdoor shower, it was so easy to clean the kids off before going inside. The only suggestion would be for better fitted sheets for the bunk room. The sheets did not fit and it was a tangled mess every morning. Also, it would have been great to have chairs on the rooftop to enjoy the sunset. Other than that, it was a great stay! We highly recommend it to families with kids!

Great!

My husband and I and the couple we were with had a great stay here. The location is amazing- 5 min walk to a very quiet beach with gorgeous homes on it, and close to some of our favorite 30A restaurants (3 min drive to Shunk Gulley!). The house itself was nice-- there was some typical rental wear on it, but a great crash pad with nice outdoor space. The neighborhood pool was nice to have also-- we even met the sweet HOA manager who was very welcoming. We're a pretty easy to please bunch, but the *only* issue we had was that they only provided one roll of crappy toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of crappy paper towels, and two garbage bags. Definitely not enough for a 5 night stay. We had to buy extras from Publix.

Perfect beach house! With outside shower! It’s a little bit of a walk to the beach, so we decided to rent a golf cart which was a very easy process! Quick golf cart ride and the kids loves it. Check in and out was easy. No issues with the house at all. House was a good size for two families. Would definitely recommend.

Great house in a great location

We come down to Santa Rosa each summer and have stayed in this neighborhood several times -- it is a great location that is very convenient to a quiet part of the beach. This house was perfect for our family of four. It is very comfortably decorated and the kids loved the porch and widow's walk on the roof. The property manager was very communicative and helpful as well. We would definitely stay here again.

False advertising

Positives: clean, safe, AC worked, good location Negatives: garbage disposal and lights and vent in toilet closet didn't Work. The worst negative was that we paid for house to Accommodate 10 guests, however there was only space for 8, Which included the 2 sofas in the living room, which were supposed to convert to sleepers, but did not. The biggest disappointment was the removal of 1 set of bunk beds shown in Advertisement. This caused some of the guests to have to Double up, which was very uncomfortable and not what we paid For. I feel that I am owed some refund of the rental price, which I paid for sleeping arrangements for 10 guests and rental only comfortably accommodated 8 guests with 2 sleeping on living room couches.

Poor Maintenance and No Ocean View

The house is beautifully decorated and modern. But the description on VRBO site stated that we would enjoy a gulf view, only steps from the beach. Obviously, "steps" is a vague term, and yes I should have asked more questions. But that doesn't make it ok for the rental company to be knowingly deceptive with their description. The property manager admitted straight away, that the trees had grown taller over the years, obstructing the ocean view that was once there. Additionally, the freezer was broken and the electrical system in the master bathroom was partially out of commission. There was an exposed live socket with no bulb, disconnected outlets and light fixtures, leaving us to use a flashlight in the water-closet. (Toilet) No attempts were made to repair these things during our stay, although property management did drop off 1 bag of ice for us. The ice melted in the freezer....as did our frozen beverages. Management indicated that they were aware of the problems prior to our visit, and that's really the only reason for the negative review. We made the best of it. No view, no frozen cocktails, but we did enjoy touring the Santa Rosa Beach area. We scouted for better places to stay on our next visit, and found plenty that had better beach views and access for the same price.

Good rental, bad bed

I'll start with the good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental. The house is just as beautiful as the photos, the neighborhood is something out of a movie, its not too far from the beach, kitchen is well equipped. I was impressed that all three showers could be going at once and that we never seemed to run out of hot water, a huge plus for those of us that like to take steamy showers. Air conditioning was not a problem, I read in another review that the upstairs gets hot. That was not the case, so I'm thinking they fixed that! Another plus of the rental was the bikes! They were not listed online so it was a nice surprise to have them there! Some things that need attention: The king bed in the master suite is worse than sleeping on the floor. I didn't sleep well one night, seriously it is the worst bed I have ever slept on. The property owner should look into investing into a better bed. There were two floor mats in the closet, we put those on the bed in an attempt to make it more comfortable. All of the other beds were fine, including the pull out bed upstairs. The white couch could use a new cover and regular washing. It's GROSS looking. Same goes for the outside furniture and swing. We ran into a few maintenance problems during our stay, most of them were fixed right away. The light in the master bathroom wasn't working, they needed to schedule an electrician to do the work and the washing machine quit working towards the end of our trip. I'm sure both of these items have been fixed. Note: The kitchen is upstairs, the grill is downstairs. It's extremely inconvenient and a pain to go up and down the stairs while trying to prepare dinner. If you are planning on eating in, maybe keep meals that include grilling off your menu. Overall we enjoyed our stay, especially for the price we payed! I know I mentioned some cons, but the good out weighed the bad for us....but seriously, get a new bed for the master suite.

Wonderful home

The house was perfect for the whole family. 3 bathrooms and an outside shower made things optimal. Beautiful view from the roof and a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend for families.
