All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: Brand new construction! This corner lot home located in Phase 3 of WaterColor features 6-bedrooms, 6.5-bathrooms, and ample parking for multiple cars. Guests will retain privacy, as the lot backs up to a green preserve and has only one neighboring home. It's professionally decorated with unique touches throughout each room. Lovely home

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. It’s a short and magical bike ride to the beach, in a wonderful part of the neighborhood. They house was beautiful, clean, and the property manager was easy to get ahold of and very responsive for any needs that we had.
