Check in staff was wonderful. The first room given to us hadn’t been cleaned (bed unmade, pee in toilet, trash on counters, etc), but we were quickly able to get a new & clean room & staff were very responsive. We paid extra to stay here from driving far because of the hot tub, which was not operational the entire time we were there. Construction was noisy & started early in the morning. Breakfast was lack luster. Bathtub faucet dripped the entire time. All that said, we were in town to go to a festival at Discovery Park which was very easy & quick to get to/from with low Uber/Lyft prices ($10-20). Overall if you’re not needing to spend a lot of time in the room & just need a place to crash, it’s fine…. Not great, but fine!

When me and my girlfriend first got into the room, it straight up smelled like weed and cigarettes and the bed would sink in when we laid on it, it also has like rips from someone on the back of the bed.

A lot of homeless people on vouchers, the continentary breakfast The line was so long and wasn't even worth getting Had to change room because the first room TV did not work. It just wasn't what I was expecting very disappointed . The pool was not clean. They had a hot tub with no water. And I guess on Saturday nights they have a party. For the kids that live there.

I have stayed here a couple times in the past and had a good experience but this time the place seemed dirty and unsafe with a lot of people smoking weed and drinking outside. Parking was also a nightmare this time.

We were initially given a key to a room that hadn't been cleaned. That mistake was rectified, but the room we did get smelled overwhelmingly of bleach. When we came back to our room later the key didn't work.

Disappointed

Bed and room was comfy. We had an 11 month old dog with us and I took her out to use the bathroom, the pet area was disgusting. There was poop that the owners of the other dogs didn’t pick up. Early the next morning, the people next to us were arguing and yelling loud enough to wake up the whole hotel but surprisingly nothing was done about it so we just got our things and checked out a lot sooner than we wanted to.
