Welcome to Rotonda. Relax and enjoy the vast amenities at this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom 1921 sqft home. It is nestled in the middle of the Rotonda golf community, which is surrounded by 5 golf courses of various difficulties. The location of this home offers an active lifestyle with plenty of outdoor and indoor activities. Delight in the spacious swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip.

• The Space •

The open concept of the common area integrates a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating, a dining area, and a spacious living room as well as a quiet/office area, which will accommodate 4 guests comfortably.

The main bedroom suite consists of a King bed and an attached bathroom with a large shower and walk-in closet. Guest bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a closet. Guest Bedroom 3 has two full size beds and a closet. A second bathroom with shower/bathtub combination is located between bedroom 2 & 3.

A screened-in pool and lanai do offer picturesque sunsets and a splendid view onto the Rotonda canals. Please note the pool is not heated at this time. A pool heater can be rented for $85/week.

This home has a laundry room with washer and dryer adjacent to a two car garage. There is additional parking space on the driveway. 2 Adult e-bikes, 2 kids bikes and Tennis racks are available for your use.

WiFi is free. The smart TV’s are equipped with Roku to allow customized entertainment. Books and games are available

Oak on the Water. Rotonda West FL

Home has a well stocked kitchen. Lots of bath and beach towels. Only a mile from Long Marsh golf course. 10-15 minute ride to grocery store. Pool very nice. Heater problem but was resolved in five days.

Great vacation

I stayed at this property for 2 weeks. Loved everything about it! It was as described and communication prior to and during stay was prompt. Property was very clean and had everything you would need. Used the gas grill several times with no issues. It was the most well stocked kitchen of any property I have ever rented. I would definitely stay at this property again!

peace and quiet

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful location and close to the beaches and shopping. Love the Rotunda area. Came south for some sun and mostly peace & quiet. Unfortunately the pool was broken when we arrived & by the time it was fixed & heated up it was time to leave. So that was disappointing but our host went out of their way to make it up to us as best they could. All in all we will come back and stay here again! Amy was exceptional in her customer service & is our influence to be back next year!
