Dolphin Watcher 2 Bed Townhouse
Enjoy the Florida lifestyle in this 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouse located directly on the ocean. This spacious townhouse was just renovated and updated and features a beautiful kitchen, 2 parking spaces, wifi and a cute little patio to sip coffee and watch the sunrise. Step out of the sliders and walk onto what will feel like your own private beach . Located in Ponce Inlet, one of Florida's last true towns with old Florida charm but still near all action of Daytona and quick drive to Orlando.
Located in Ponce Inlet, a beach town known for it's world-class fishing, some of the best surfing on the East Coast, great sunrises and rocket launches. Bike to dinner, bring your boat or rent one and enjoy a cruise down the intercostal. Ponce Inlet is just 20 minutes south of all the action of Daytona so you can enjoy the nightlife and attractions if you want or spend a more serene day with your toes on the sand, cooking out with neighbors or just enjoying the Florida lifestyle.

No smoking inside the room or near room with door or window open. Please note, any indication of smoking inside the room or near room where smoke smell (any type-cigs or weed) can get in the room will result in eviction without question and forfeiture of security deposit. We are sticklers on this as we worked hard to make this a beautiful building and don't want it stinky. Just smoke outside away from the doors. We do require a credit card on file with Salty Dog Vacations, the managers of the inn. We will put a $200 security hold on the card during your stay as smoking in units is a big issue in Daytona and we are really protecting against this. If you use a credit card, you won't even notice as the card would only be charged if the smoking rule was violated, however, if you use a debit card/bank card you will see the charge pending as a hold on the funds until a couple days after check out so we just want you to know as we will never keep your funds unless the rule violated, but every bank takes different amounts of days to take the hold off.
Pet fee is $25/per pet per day, max 2 pets. Airbnb does not have an option to update this per pet so our staff will contact you to get pet fee paid if needed. We do ask for a pic of your pet so that we know what pets go where:). We love our furry friends and glad to welcome yours!
Damage Waiver Disclaimer:
I. AGREEMENT On behalf of Salty Dog Vacations, LLC, the party authorized to rent the vacation rental property and the owner of the vacation rental property, Waivo has assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives Your security deposit up to $2,500, the waiver limit purchased by You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property. Waivo is hereby responsible for theft or direct damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of Your acts or omissions. Waivo will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $2,500. This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items outside of Waivo’s responsibilities. This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement. II. EXCLUSIONS This Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages or theft resulting from: 1. Acts of God 2. Prior damage, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear 3. Theft without a valid police report if over $250 4. Loss of use of the vacation rental property 5. Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal 6. Damage to a motorized vehicle 7. Fine art, collectibles, or sets of items This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by You. This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, backups of sewers and drains, landscaping, marring, maintenance, or mechanical breakdown. III. CONDITIONS Waivo has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the waiver, and shall exercise that authority in a reasonable manner. Waivo reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value. This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. An irreparable stain or spillage is considered damage. This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay, of up to 90 days, for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property. This Waiver is only effective if any theft or damage is reported to Waivo by You, the property manager, the online travel agent or the owner of the vacation rental property within 14 days of Your departure from the vacation rental property. Waivo will not respond to damage or theft under $50 US dollars. If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial. IV. DEFINITIONS You, or Your, is the renter of the vacation rental property and includes the renter’s spouse, children and any other person the renter invited on to the vacation rental property during your stay at the vacation rental property.

Quiet area, plenty of restaurant choices. Could have used more kichen supplies. Large bowls, various measuring cups, baking pan, etcWould definitely stay again.
