The front desk clerk was very helpful. He even tried bringing me a remote for the the TV and checking cables. The TV did not work in the room I was in. Something with the WIFI not working nor was there cable for the TV. The room did not even have a remote for the TV. Before staying in room 104 and expecting TV, check first. Plus there are no ice buckets in the rooms. You are given a plastic bag of ice.

Property is old and outdated. No breakfast available must dine out. The first room we were offered we could see the outside light peeking through the door seal and the door wouldn’t lock. Rooms 2-4 were offered and they all had locking issues. We settled on room 2 on 4th floor. Vulgar language was written on the wall. There was a hole behind the door in the bathroom.

The door lock and the light in the bathroom were missing the cover. Also broken was the piece to keep the curtain from getting shut in the door. We gad to be extra careful the curtain was not caught in the frame or the door wouldn't latch/lock properly. Pics included.

One room was good. One we had no way to watch tv had to just stare at the walls the door stuck so it was hard to open. The 3rd room the door didn’t even lock the lock just spun around the chain lock was also broken the chain just slid right through had to put a chair against the door

The Americana Inn has to be one of the most dreadful hotels in America. It is exceedingly filthy both inside and outside. It is the noisiest hotel I have ever experienced, with the smell of marijuana permeating the parking lot and wafting past other rooms. However, the noise level escalates dramatically from 7 PM to 4 AM. The outdoor swimming pool is overcrowded with unruly individuals and children who are screaming throughout the night. The hotel activities are completely absent in the evening, with children swimming in the dark alongside intoxicated adults past midnight on both weekdays and weekends. This situation poses significant safety risks for children, more than they may understand. When you attempt to call the front desk, they never respond. There is no one available. It resembles a runaway train and should be condemned. If you have a job that requires you to rise early in the morning and you are merely stopping for one night, or if you are just seeking a place to rest before traveling the next day, do not stay at the Travelodge by Wyndham in Pigeon Forge, TN; you will not get any sleep, night after night. Furthermore, the staff at the front desk seem indifferent to the situation.

The deadbolt on our room did not work, the bathroom door did not lock, the toilet was leaking into the floor, and the beds squeaked everytime you moved. We left and went somewhere else.

I reserved on Expedia but paid in person. They asked for a card for incidentals and assured me it wouldn't be charged. They then immediately charged me hundreds of dollars. Over and over and over throughout my stay. I would go to the front desk and first they claimed it was Expedia not them. Over and over. Then finally the "manager" who veryuch seemed like she was lying to us said their system simply isn't "user friendly" but that the money goes back on after 5-10 business days. Over all it was like $650+ that over charged my card in increments of $22-$190 at a time. I literally couldn't afford to just leave and get another hotel room because of howuch they kept charging me. And was in fear that my card would keep getting charged flagrantly so I had to open a new local bank acct and transfer over my funds since my bank isn't local and I couldn't risk it getting frozen so far away from home. In addition to that they called me at 7am (the manager again) and told me I had to pack up and leave on day 2 or 3 into a 7 day stay. When I asked why she said because I have a dog and owner said no dogs. I had to go back down to the front desk and give them my dog's service dog paperwork AGAIN. property is filthy and poorly maintained which I expected for the price of $322 for the week anyways so I brought cleaning products to clean myself. But the poor customer service and financial corruption was a first for me. They also demanded to know what my "disability" was for having a service do
