This was worst experience we've ever had in all our years of overnight stays! This place is way past due for renovation! Took 3 different rooms before finding one we could tolerate. Doors that won't open, doors that barely open and shut, poor tv sevice once we finally found a remote that worked! Toilet that needed repairs, no coffee maker iron or ironing board, practically had to beg for stuff that should've already been in the room. Front desk would not answer the phone and it required a trip there to request anything! This place doesn't deserve a one star rating!!!!

Dirty, noisy, no towels very outdated. but you get what you pay for, no didn't feel safe. while i was trying to get towels someone complained there room was broken into

My husband and I came up for a little get away for our anniversary and had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. This is our 3rd time staying and we have enjoyed it all 3 times.

I liked the big normal sized fridge. But i didn’t get any wash cloths to wash with just 3 towels and my bed was broke I had to lay to lay on it cause my son was scared he was gonna fall off. And when I went and told the lady at front desk she just joked around. And the tv kept cutting off and wouldn’t turn back on after a few time of turning it back on.

The bed was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on, there wasn’t any towels or wash clothes or toilet paper in the room. I went to the office 3 times to get some only to find the office locked and nobody at the desk all three times. I tried to use the phone in the room to call the desk and it didn’t even have a cord. I guess it was just for looks. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Management sucks
The room was not what we paid for got two queens instead of king. Asked she (gm)said none available,but on website 2 still available. Had to do a scavenger hunt to get room key. It was very scary to take picture of debit Card and send it to unknown number/person along with id
