Spacious Home Close to State Farm Stadium, Spring Training

Beautiful 4 bedroom 3 baths home in Goodyear. This spacious 2,600 sf home is perfect for your vacation getaway! Kitchen with full size refrigerator, gas stove, and anything you need to cook and eat. Great living room for resting after your eventful days.

4 Bedrooms. Master suite has a King Bed, with a separate shower and tub. Two other bedrooms upstairs. One with a Queen Bed, and the other with two Full Size Beds. Fourth Bedroom is downstairs with a Queen Bed. Two other Full Bathrooms, one upstairs and One downstairs. Sitting room has 65 inch TV.

Very close proximity to Spring Training facilities, the Arizona Cardinals stadium, the Phoenix Coyotes Arena, Phoenix International Raceway, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc... Restaurants and Movie Theaters are 3 minutes away. Close proximity to I10 freeway for easy access across the valley. 25 minute drive to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

Backyard has a great playground for kids. Trampoline, and lots of grass area. Patio seating, and wood burning firepit.
Please use care when using the playground and trampoline. Only one person on the trampoline at a time. No tricks or inversions.

 We appreciate you taking care of the home as if it were your own. We leave the house clean and in working order. If you notice any damage or have concerns regarding the house upon your arrival, please contact the property manager immediately.
