Our stay at Peaches Place

The guest house was perfect for our 5-day stay. We used the beautiful kitchen and we also ate out at several of the recommended restaurants. The private backyard was great for morning coffee and Bible study. The owners live at the main house and they were wonderful to get to know. They listened to our interests and made a number of recommendations that were successful for my wife and I. They even bought us lawn chairs that we used at the Mardi Gras Parade that are now available to be used by future guests. The property is in a great location for a healthy walk or easy drive to many attractions.

Excellent accommodations!

Clean, comfortable, modern, quiet, good price, spacious for two people, centrally located, really cannot praise this place highly enough. My wife and I were in town for four nights and found this place to be perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Peaches Place is just as beautiful as it looks in the photos!

Peaches Place is wonderful. Everything is updated and new. Anything you might need is in the cottage. Thoughtfully laid out. The owners live on-site and are very welcoming and helpful. It even has a private outdoor area with a grill and seating. The parking is off-street and right in-front of the cottage. No need to keep an extra key as they use a key-touch pad. Lovely place and I would absolutely return!

What a find!!!

From the beginning, walking in, we fell in love with this adorable cottage perfect for just the two of us could've stayed just a few days or four weeks and be very comfortable. Great location. Washer spins forever and noisy ! --might have that checked, but so glad to have a washer dryer.!! hope to stay there again next time we visit at our granddaughter!!💕💕

Amazing couple’s getaway

We were so impressed with Peaches Place! It was exactly as described. Very clean, extremely functional, and had anything we wanted or needed right there. Great location to meet friends in Pensacola for dinner, and convenient to the beaches as well. We both said Peaches Place was the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Place!!

This was the most precious place we have stayed in all the years of traveling. It was very clean, so simply decorated and had everything we needed. It had such a charming feel. The kitchen was absolutely gorgeous. The patio was such a relaxing place for us to set out and drink coffee in the mornings and perfect for winding down before bed under the relaxing lights. The house was so close to everything we ever needed during our stay. We cannot wait to come back to Pensacola and will definitely be staying here as long as we come back without our kids again! Thank you so much for hosting such an amazing property!

Peaches Place is Perfect!

What a little gem! The layout and design is excellent. Super clean and comfortable. Has everything you’ll need - in fact, you really only need to bring your clothes and personal toiletry items. You can shop for groceries and any other needs at the Publix supermarket just a block away. The location is perfect, with several restaurants and shops literally within minutes, and Pensacola Beach is only about a 7 mile drive. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay!

Beautiful Peaches Place, Beautiful Pensacola!

We loved our stay in Pensacola, the house was the perfect location to get to downtown and the beaches as well as any other activities you might want to enjoy. Peaches place is a beautifully designed home with so many lovely touches including a large kitchen workspace , a big pantry stocked with spices, Kcups and other staples. The laundry room leads to a delightful backyard with comfortable seating and a gas grill.

Pensacola visit

I came to visit my son in the Air Force, and ride bike (training) with a friend who lives in Pace. The house was clean, and well supplied with household items. It was close enough to where i needed to get to. I figure it took about 15 minutes to get to the beaches. Note: this rental is in a residential neighborhood, and not on the beaches. Love the East Hill neighborhood

Peaches is centrally located for all places we like to go. Bonelli’s, Hot Spot, Maria’s Seafood, Nola’s, Krispe Kreme, to name a few and two blocks to Publix. Easy walk downtown to Palafox St. and a ten minute drive to Pensacola Beach. Owners are right next door and will go out of their way to help with anything you need. Nice Weber gas grill too.

So Idyllic!!

We loved Peach's Place! It was close to downtown, very safe and very quiet. It is right next to a Publix grocery store for convenience. It was only a 10-15 minute drive to Pensacola Beach. We thought this was the perfect place to stay if you want a quiet getaway. The place was so clean and had everything we needed. It's also decorated so well that it was a very calm and relaxing place to come back to!! Overall, would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to all of our friends!! Thanks for a great stay!!

This was very quite close to bridge to get over to Beach and next to Publix and just minutes from downtown. The area felt safe and was very nice. I like the parks near by and the parking was great. I very safe the whole time. The place was very clean and bright.

Peach’s Place was perfect. My husband and I chose to stay here while visitingPensacola, Destin and Gulf Shores. It’s a nice middle point to all best beach spots. It’s very quiet and very clean. On-site laundry and full kitchen is a plus. 10/10 recommend 😘

Cozy Cottage

This cozy cottage with high end finishes is perfectly located in historic Pensacola and within 15 minutes of Pensacola Beach. The area is right off the Interstate and Highway 98 but is hidden and quiet. You could live in this place. Clean, quiet, and convenient…Peaches Place did not disappoint.

Cutest little house

This house was adorable! Perfect location, as I wanted to stay as close to the convention center possible,, since we were there for a 2 day competition. Close enough to the beach as well! Everything was fresh, clean and new!

Great location near NAS and historic Seville

The whole experience was perfect! Quiet East Hill location with all the perks of a central location to explore P-Cola. The property is clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed to support your stay. If you want a great place to relax after days on the beach or in town… look no further.

Great location and adorable!

Perfect little bungalow for 2 for very reasonable cost. Everything is brand new. The bed was very comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful with suggestions of local restaurants and things to do. Perfectly located in a nice neighborhood, close to everything. We did walk into town once which is doable but is a pretty long walk, but parking downtown is so easy that we drove in most times.
