Bienvenido a nuestro condominio frente al mar de 1 habitación y 1 baño. ¡Estamos ubicados en Long Beach Resort, Tower 4 en el octavo piso! Nuestro condominio tiene capacidad para hasta 4 personas. Compramos y renovamos nuestro condominio en 2016. Todo es nuevo: cama king size, sofá cama queen size, 2 televisores de pantalla plana grandes, área de comedor para hasta 4 huéspedes, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito y pisos cerámicos. La cocina está equipada con licuadora, cafetera tradicional, tostadora y otras necesidades para cocinar. Este condominio fue diseñado para la vida costera, la relajación y la comodidad. El aspecto más importante de este condominio es la vista. Nuestra unidad tiene puertas corredizas de vidrio de pared a pared, de piso a techo, para disfrutar de las hermosas vistas del Golfo de México desde la sala de estar hasta el dormitorio. Fuera de las puertas corredizas de vidrio de cualquier habitación, encontrará un balcón de gran tamaño donde podrá sentarse y disfrutar de las playas más hermosas del mundo y observar a los delfines y otros animales salvajes. Tenemos 2 sillas con mesa y ventilador de techo en el balcón. ¡No podemos esperar a que vengas a disfrutar de nuestra casa de vacaciones!

Nice room overall.

Overall ok, but the electronic entry door latch was broken. The owner was aware of this but did not inform us until we could not lock the door. The parking pass for the previous year and security threatened to tow our vehicle but modified the pass for us.

This is the best condo we have stayed in since we’ve been coming to Panama. Amazing view, clean, and felt homey. The owners of the condo were super friendly. You can tell they actually care about your stay and the presentation of there condo. We can’t wait to come again next year. Thanks for having us! :)

We loved our stay here ! Comfortable place , beautiful balcony with beautiful sunsets, cool pool with waterfalls that the kids loved . Shops across the street. Loved having the beach chairs rented for us too! Everything was clean and worked perfectly

Clean and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. Kudos to the cleaning service because the entire place was spotless and smelled nice. There was entertainment at the main pool every day we were there (live music or DJ). We really liked the layout of this condo and would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.

This condo was absolutely perfect for my husband and I...it was very clean and the view is absolutely beautiful. There are 3 pools to choose from when red flags are flying...We recommend stayiny here even a couple with small children. It has a pull out couch in the living area. Ceiling to floor glass windows to see the beach from bedroom as well. Great place overall!!

This condo was absolutely perfect! Perfect location! Perfect facility! Upon arrival, checking in was so easy and the condo was clean and very welcoming - plenty of room for the two of us, and the view of the beach from our balcony was wonderful, especially at sunset. Steve and Kim, our hosts were great to work with as well.

This condo is in the best location of Panama City. You are within 5-10 min of absolutely everything. The condo was very clean and everything as advertised. The view is immaculate. We also really enjoy the gated parking lot. Owners are very responsive as well. Would recommend staying here for your next vacation.

Great little condo for 2!

We really did enjoy this condo. Beautiful view with high deck furniture. Kitchen had everything we needed. AC worked perfectly and kept it cool as it is so hot and humid this time of year in FL. It appeared clean and nicely decorated with beach decor. The only cons for us was the firm mattress (which definitely hard to please everyone in that category but FYI) and the oversized outdated soaker tub for the only shower. It's a little stained and old but honeslty worked fine. May be hard to step into for older or those with limitations. Overall, it was a nice condo and we had a good week with no issues. Close to many restaurants and WalMart right up the street.

Very disappointed

Well to start it smelled very musty when walking in .. while taking a shower noticed water leaking fron the ceiling which i have video proof of it.. the main problem was that the balcony door in the bedroom did not lock was rusted and the fact that i have a 6 year old is not safe at all ..all doors need to be able to be locked to ensure my child does not go on the balcony on floor 8.. got stuck in the elevator.. most of all there where cockroach in the room as well i have picture proof of that as well.the toilet made an awful noise while flushing.The room had not been dusted at all which triggered my allergies bad. For the amount of money spent on this room it was very disappointing .. part of the fees for this room was for cleaning ?? Cleaning what just the floor? ALSO when contacted property owner asking about how to lock the door when leaving the room was told to look at the email and nothing in that email was explained how to do so i had to figure it out on my own .. probably will never use this again..i will be giving a bad review because of all this.

Absolutely wonderful!!

You will love your stay! The condo is exactly as described with gorgeous views of the gulf. Check in / out was a breeze. Condo was clean, resort is clean and both well taken care of. We will definitely be back to this condo and the beach chairs were a huge plus!

Honestly the best vacation stay we have had so far.

Pictures do not do this condo justice at all! The room, the space is just beautiful and perfect, as well as the resort. The best part about the condo are the owners. You can email them, call or text them, and they always answer and help out. If something is going on within the resort, they are quick at informing you and keeping in touch. All in all, we have been coming to PCB for years and this has been the best condo and stay we have had in PCB.

Great Condo

Great condo to stay at and super clean. The larger balcony was a great addition to the room. Our only concern when booking was distance to the larger pool but the towers have walkways that connect straight to the larger pool between tower 2-3. We will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful and perfect for the two of us. The pictures do not do it justice. The condo was very clean. You didn’t have the feel of gritty sand on your feet that you have in most beach condos. My husband travels with his own blanket and pillow because he doesn’t like sleeping without the comforts of home. But, he didn’t use his own blanket because he said it just “felt clean”…which says a lot coming from him lol. Also loved the short walk to the beach and having our chairs waiting for us so we could pack light. We will definitely be booking again :)

Panama City Beach Condo

The condo was better than advertised. It was perfect for the two of us. It was clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our week stay. The beach chairs were a real bonus. They were set up and ready for us each day. What we loved most about the place was the size of the balcony plus the view from the balcony was outstanding. All of the information and communications from the hosts was spot on.

Great condo in great location

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week, and we really enjoyed our time at this condo! The pictures are all accurate, and the condo was very clean and nice. We loved how you could see the ocean from both the main room and the bedroom, and how each room had a door to access the balcony. The kitchen area wasn't too small, and it was properly stocked with basic kitchen utensils and cookware. All communication with Steve and Kim was met with a fast reply and in a friendly manner. We even got to check in earlier than expected, which was great! The Hangout Grill in between towers 2 and 3 is really good and I would definitely recommend any of their drinks over those at Pineapple Willy's! Overall, we loved the condo, resort, and location and will definitely use Steve and Kim again when we come back to Panama City Beach!
