Amazing Views

This condo is beautiful with amazing views! We loved the views from the unit and balcony and spending time on the balcony with direct ocean views. It seems any of the issues in prior reviews have been remediated. The unit was modern, clean, the beds were comfy, and we had plenty of cooking utensils. We loved the unit, the included beach chairs, the beach, the bikes, and the pool. Such a great location with Starbucks across the street, plenty of restaurants in walking distance and a short walk to Rosemary beach restaurants. Hopefully we can book the unit again!

Great Girls weekend

Perfect beach getaway can’t be beat!

I stayed with my wife and three young sons for a week at this property and loved every minute! The view and private beach access cannot be beat and the unit itself has a very updated feel. I would say the beds in the second bedroom felt a little shaky but my 4yo didn’t mind a bit after long days on the beach. One item to be fixed is the deadbolt, which required a good bit of elbow grease to unlock. Honestly, the property is so well maintained that I wouldn’t worry about it if my kids weren’t so crafty to sneak out… I would absolutely stay here again and hope to do so in the future!

Paradise in FL

Since the contactless check-in until the checkout, everything ran perfectly well. The property is very well located and it faces the ocean. We watched stunning sunsets every day from the balcony! The condo is very well appointed and beautifully decorated. Management company was great. We’re looking forward to our next stay!

Fall Break

We loved this condo for our fall break getaway! The back deck was off of the living area and the master and looked right out to the ocean. The location is in the heart of Rosemary which was perfect!

Nice condo with a few issues

Overall the condo was nice. The property and location are great. The unit was nicely decorated and clean. A few things were not as expected. The outdoor cushions were badly stained, the outdoor table top was damaged, missing parts on light fixtures, very scratchy sheets, ripped bath towels, and the kitchen didn’t even have a full sized pan. It was nothing that ruined our trip but it was not the quality I was expecting for the price.

Fall Break

This is a great unit - perfect location, updated very nicely and had everything we needed. Only suggestions are for new pans in the kitchen and the beds need replacing - the 2 queens creaked and made loud noises with any movement and the king in the master was very uncomfortable. We were all glad to exchange a little back pain for the views and time away. Would definitely book again next year!

Beautiful Condo next to RoseMary Beach

The Condo is just as described. The ONLY thing we didn’t love was that since it was on the first floor you couldn’t see the waves hitting the beach because of the vegetation on the dunes. Will return in season when Crabby Steve’s is open. The Seacrest market across 30A has amazing breakfast and lunches. We stay two or three times a year on 30A and this will be added to our favorites.

Love this location, pool, hot tub (especially in November). W13 has been updated nicely and it was just what we needed for our stay. We love biking to Rosemary and Alys Beach, but not staying there. This is a perfect on the beach option for us. We’ll be back soon.

Absolutely perfect!!! Breathtaking views.

We LOVED this condo and will certainly be returning. There is nothing more relaxing than a week at the beach during off season but still warm enough to get sun. We spent the majority of the time on the porch which offers the most peaceful view! We really contimplated what it was that made this such a perfect view- no curtains or window treatments on living area windows so the view is clear and wide open from the condo. Also, the way the unit sits up on a hill slightly with greenery and plants offers a “framed” picture of the ocean. You don’t see any other “stuff”. It’s obvious this unit was recently remodeled and it is so stylish and pretty. We commented on every decor detail. King bed is extremely comfortable and again- has beautiful view from the master. Huge shower and spacious bathroom. Easy walk to everything we needed. We walked for coffee each morning We really loved everything about it. Will be back!!

We looked at a lot of condos in this development, and we liked the way this one was decorated the best. It has a great view. A couple of minor things were that the rugs in the kitchen and bathroom need to be replaced. They don't have mats under them and move around constantly and someone could fall. Also, the unit needs more silverware and plastic spatulas instead of metal. This is all minor though. We would definitely stay there again.

Love this property! Have been coming here for years. This condo is now one of our favorites!

We were disappointed with our stay this time in that Crabby Steve's was closed. We love this property and stay here all the time--partly for the convenience and fun of Crabby Steve's. We had to leave the beach and go across the street for lunch--restaurants there are not great. There was no advanced knowledge or warning about the closing. If there had been, we could have shopped accordingly for lunch groceries. We do, however, like the new amenities that have been added at Highpointe.

Great stay at High Pointe. Easy walk to Rosemary and right across from great shops and food in Seacrest. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Beachfront with a nice pool. Would definitely go back.

I'm not one to ever write a review. This condo was decorated so well! High Pointe is a great place. It's a shame that it was filthy. The whole place needed a wipe down. It was dusty and dirty. We killed about 7 roaches. Hopefully they will get a handle on the cleaning service and exterminating.

The High Point property is well maintained. Nice pool and tiki hut bar and grille.

The condo itself has a lot of potential. Carpet needs to be replaced in bedrooms. A new toilet (or proper new piece) needs to be replaced in first bathroom (maintenance came twice). View from patio is spectacular. Overall nice place.
