Can’t complain too much because it was so affordable… The only on site food available was the pizza and ice cream. No one was able to staff the burger, Mexican, and Asian places while we were there. Housekeeping left our door cracked open which was accessible to the street, the lifeguards wouldn’t let the kids play on the splash pad until noon, and the timeshare staff were harassing us -literally yelling at us down the hallway. “Not interested” means STOP asking.

Food options are extremely overpriced. 24.99 pp for breakfasts? Pool towels need to be replaced, hard towels. Walking corridors need to be pressure clean the floor is disgustingly dirty. Kitchen grout needs to be replaced, signs of mold. Floors need a good cleaning they feel dirty when you walk on them. Beds were GREAT and super comfortable.

AWFUL, AWFUL experience! Almost ruined our family vacation. They stuck us on the construction side (due to no availability) where there were hazardous materials near the stairs. Which brings me to another issue; the elevators & ice machines don’t work. Room had a strong musty/dusty smell. Floor was missing some wood slats so we were walking on laminate & concrete. Shower head was dangling & had no mount. Front desk doesn’t not answer phones so I had to go back downstairs (after a long flight & it was past 10pm already). They offered a new room opposite from construction (miraculously available) near water park. Instructed us to pack our stuff & they will move it to the new room the next day & they will text me room #. No text received; returned at 11pm, went to front desk; no room ready which means luggages still in old room. Was told to meet security & they will bring bags down while “manager” works on new room. Security never showed up so we bought our bags down, waited close to 45mins till we finally got settled. New room was a bit better if you like flashing disco lamps & more missing slats. Waterpark was ok. Kids liked it but thunderstorms forced it to close down too often. Chaotic re-opening communications. I asked many times when it opens, told different things. Kids missed movie pool night cuz they kept telling me it was still close. Last but not least, was not told about shuttle service reservations to the parks so we had to drive & pay for parking. Traumatizing!!!

First of all it's confusing to find the check in when we finally found it we waited in line 4 ahead of us 1 worker for a HR to check in. Finally we head to building 9 guess what no elevator it's broken . We had to use building 7 elevators and walk that far! Then the pool slides were all closed my granddaughter didn't get to enjoy it. The family above us were so loud until 2 am it was ridiculous I doubt I'll be back

The resort fee, which basically means the small water slide area, closes about 90 minutes after check-in, it’s $60 that you do not get a benefit of. There is a putt-putt golf area, but there was no attendant or equipment available to play. There is also a small basketball area, but it’s overcrowded because the slides are closed. The hotel staff was great, but definitely short staffed. Probably a nice hotel for families on a budget not looking to go to a park the next day. It’s too expensive for one night.

We stayed at this resort checked in on Sunday, checked out on Thursday for four days. It was necessary for me to contact the front desk, three nights in a row in hopes that they could get control of a situation with a group of individuals that were in the room next to us. They were a group of high school students that were supposedly chaperone but door slamming, very loud screaming, talking, laughing going on until 2 o’clock in the morning. It was only on the third night of the situation was taken under control after I called the front desk that night and threatened that I would call 911 and have Orlando Police Department come instead of just hotel security. Also, almost all of the elevators were broken, several ice machines were broken. when you have a bad back and unable to use the elevator, it is very difficult getting all of your luggage and belongings up to the fourth floor, especially with a little one in tow. Now, as far as the resort goes other than that we had a wonderful time love the pool time, the waterslides, lifeguards around the pool, made it safe, and several places to eat, including a mini arcade on the premises. Not sure I would stay here again as there are so many other resorts that are available in the area.

Meh. It is OK but for $833 for four nights it was underwhelming. Decent dining choices in a food court setting. Beware of the $65/night resort fee and the $29/night parking fee that weren’t obvious when booking. Also hard to park near your building. The elevators are few, slow and 200 degrees so be prepared to use the steps frequently. I wouldn’t choose it again.

Where to begin!i booked 2 suites back in march for a june trip for 9 people,upon arrival our rooms were extended for another day to other guest.At this point at 10pm late arrival due to airlines and weather we had no rooms.Finally they split both parties up knowing that we had patrons with handicap needs and reason why we booked qst floor next to each other to help out. Not only did they put us on separate floors my wife and I had a room that was deemed not usable no electricity for the night with my two children and my in-laws were put on fourth floor and not handicap accessible for the most part.we were told to bring bags to front desk at 630am so they could fix the problem and make things right.As our bags spent in storage with no place to go but the pool which was fine but still no room til 830pm and management lieng and being rude didnt help. With all this chaos we lost money with Disney on the fast lane and the service from there was horrible long story short too much to even get into with housekeeping management even gentlemanagement now. I would not recommend this hotel to a homeless person and I hope expedient really looks into this. We lost $1,800 in Fastpass between both families for one day because Disney does not refund Fastpass they switched today for us and all management would do after a week long of rudeness aggravation begging for towels Etc you name it it happened to us. They gave us back Resort fees and bought us breakfast what a smack in the face donotre

I would not stay here again. Our room wasn’t available on time. There was a fight at the pool that closed down the water park one day. Another day the water park closed for urgent repairs. The front desk never answered to bring new towels or toilet paper despite a 5 day stay. One very slow elevator that forced us to take the stairs continuously with 4 young children.

Checked in at 4:30 pm and the room wasn’t ready. Waited till 6:00pm no message on room being ready. Went back to the desk and was given a room with a queen bed when I paid extra for the king bed room. Then in the middle of the night a random $180 charge was placed on my card. The next morning I went back to guest service and was told it was an accounting error and that it would be taken off and back on my card in about 15 minutes. A week later and the money is still not back in my card.
