Our hot water didn’t work. The hotel refunded us one night of our stay and offered for us to move. We also found some roaches in our room. Our floors needed to be mopped because our very weee black after walking around barefoot.

The room was very very very neglected. There was mold everywhere which amounted to a very stale smell. The electrical plug on the counter was falling off and not working. I have stayed many times at this resort but never down in the back building(18).
