Awesome house that accommodated my entire family for the weekend. We all agreed this is the best rental we had ever had. The house was spotless, full amenities, well stocked for cooking in and lovely grounds/location. Our host was exceptional as well.We will be back!

The rooms are exceptional! Newly remodeled, beautifully decorated and very clean! Large TV, nice glass door fridge, and very comfy beds. Staff was amazing. The shuttle drivers truly awesome and I hope our tipping reflected our appreciation. Can't wait to stay there again.

When we pulled back the sheets on the main bed, we found multiple types of hair under the sheets along with visible stains. Hoping it was just that bed, we checked the spare bedding, but all of it was also dirty, stained, and covered in hair.We pulled out the futon hoping it might be usable, but it was covered in dog hair and sand from previous guests. At that point it was obvious the unit had not been properly cleaned between stays. We also found both live and dead bugs in the unit.We attempted to contact the host and reached out to VRBO through their platform while we were there. After getting nowhere and realizing the property was not in a condition to stay in, we left after about an hour and booked a hotel instead.The next morning the hosts messaged us through VRBO agreeing to a 100% refund, but when we attempted to get the refund they denied it. Despite the written agreement, VRBO was zero help resolving the situation.The listing’s claims about cleanliness were misleading, the unit was clearly not cleaned between guests, and the hosts went back on their promise to refund us. I would strongly recommend avoiding this property."
