We had a great stay. The staff was fantastic the park was great fun. Our room was a little noisy the wall unit needs to be replaced it rattles...Check in and out was easy. A few more tables could be added to the park. Overall, it was a good experience.

Excellent room and service

Everyone at this hotel was pleasant and accommodating. Very comfortable bed and nice size room. My family enjoyed the water park. It was a great way to spend the weekend.

family friendly

Pros: Very kid friendly
Location: didn't explore the area
As a childless couple, we stayed in this kid/family friendly hotel because it was within our budget (in the area for a family wedding). Even though we didn't use the water park, we did get a good look around, and was very impressed! The hotel staff was friendly. It even had a Dunkin Donut shop in the hotel, which I really appreciated for the coffee!

Great fun with the kids!

Pros: I liked how many activities for the kids they provided. I liked the food at Camp Critter and was pleased that there were many healthy items.
Cons: I felt the water and pool area could have been a bit warmer, we got cold if we weren't moving around a lot. Dark chocolate options at the sweet shop.
Location: We stayed in Traverse City, MI, so there are many things to do. We went out to dinner once, but since it was cold we mostly stayed at the hotel.
We had a wonderful family trip to Great Wolf Lodge! The kids had a great time in the splash park. I was impressed by how many other activities they had for the kids at no additional cost; wolf walk in the morning, junior life guard, dance party, scavenger hunts, and story time. My 2 and 6 year old had a lot of fun, we stayed for 3 nights.
