Property, Staff, and Cleanliness were excellent. We had to change our dates, and the staff worked with us with no hassle, and even upgraded our room to have a view! There was road construction in front, making one way access to the property, but it really wasn’t bad at all.

Older property. That's a little outdated, but it's beautiful area of Traverse City with access to beautiful sunsets and a beach. Also decent breakfast and nice pool and hot tub. Close to a lot of access to activities.

We stayed this weekend for my boyfriend’s birthday and had an amazing experience. He loves jacuzzi tubs and was happy to see the room had one. It was very clean and I felt comfortable using it (being a bit of a germaphobe.) I really can’t get over how clean the entire room felt. The interior decorations do feel a bit dated, but it is a Victorian styled hotel so I think they are just leaning into the theme. The staff were very kind and so friendly. The check in and check out process were both very quick. Your room key booklet also came with coupons for local businesses which was thoughtful. The breakfast was by far one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever enjoyed. I tried to pick a hotel in TC with a continental breakfast which was kind of a hard endeavor, but the breakfast options were great. They have banana bread flavored waffles! There is road construction and a structure being built next door, but we were in our room so rarely that it didn’t really bother us. Even when we were in the room, during the day, the next door construction wasn’t very loud even with the balcony door open. The road construction just takes you in a circle back around to downtown and didn’t hinder our ability to get anywhere.

The hotel was pleasant, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, there was a red stain on my comforter, the towels were super small, the breakfast was mediocre at best. Staff was kind and friendly. Hotel could really use some updating.
