Room was clean, beds were hard. When you check in they give you cards to fill out for your boxed breakfast. They were not very good. The donut wasn’t edible. After checkout else discovered we were charged almost $40 for 4 breakfasts! No one ever said anything about breakfast not being free like It is at most hotels! The hotel Is showing its age decode is hardy. Certainly doesn’t live up to the 9.6 rating!

Check in was fast and the staff was very nice. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Love staying in this area because it's so much quieter! No more breakfast buffet, but they had a lot of choices and delivered to our room. Love this hotel and property!

Very friendly front staff. She was great. Also the gentleman that helped us find our room and a luggage cart. I did have a room with a beach view reserved. But when I pulled in it was gone. When I went to finalize the booking. So I am assuming that was on my part.

This is a very nice resort. The view of the bay from the balcony is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean. The only thing they could improve on is the communication regarding when you book multiple days they only enter the room every 3 days unless you let them know otherwise. I was fortunate to see the sticker on the bathroom mirror and asked at the desk to have the room and towels reset but if I had not noticed it I would have been very disappointed. I expect to have everything done while I'm on vacation. They we more than pleasant with the request and the room was perfect both days. I do feel this should be mentioned upon check-in though. We definitely will stay here again.

The rooms are spacious,. It was convenient to have adjoining rooms. The microwave and refrigerator came in handy. We enjoyed the breakfast choices delivered to the door each morning. The balconys had a nice sized tables and the view was great! Definitely recommend.

I was hesitant to book this property because the price was low for the area but the pictures looked nice. Upon walking in to the lobby we knew it was a good choice. The front desk person was helpful and welcoming, room was very clean and we loved looking over the beach.

Very good overall, although we are seniors and did not use the exercise or pool opportunities. Had some minor confusion regarding the room internet connection. Also we were surprised that the hotel did not offer dinners, and the recommended outside source had only limited offerings like fancy burgers etc.
