Room was clean, beds were hard. When you check in they give you cards to fill out for your boxed breakfast. They were not very good. The donut wasn’t edible. After checkout else discovered we were charged almost $40 for 4 breakfasts! No one ever said anything about breakfast not being free like It is at most hotels! The hotel Is showing its age decode is hardy. Certainly doesn’t live up to the 9.6 rating!

Here off season and still enjoyed our view of the entire bay from our room. The facility is impressive. Right on beach! Usually dont like first floor patiorooms but our patio was walled off, with a nice picnic table and two chairs and table for morning coffee. Off season rates are a true bargain here.

This property in on Grand Traverse Bay. It is on Highway 31 but can not here any noise. There are many Eateries, pubs and shop close. If you enjoy great Prime Rib go to Boones south of Traverse City.

It was fresh and delivered to your door. Loved having an ocean view room that accommodated our whole family. The only bad part of it was the pullout bed was super uncomfortable even for our kids that were 27 and 28. The second night we asked for a rollaway bed and they wanted to charge us $15 but I felt that if the bed was comfortable, we wouldn’t be asking for the rollaway. They ended up not charging me for that rollaway bit thank goodness. My husband and I have stayed here before and enjoyed our stay. That’s why we came back with the kids.
