Upon arrival we were greeted by a very professional and extremely nice gentleman at the check in counter. I would definitely recommend water view it had spectacular sunset and sunrise views with blue water, just amazing. I can’t wait to stay here again.

Ramon, who checked us it, was especially helpful & kind. We loved the boxed breakfast option. Nice amenities, & we were able to get a 1st floor room, with all the feature for handicapped. In my case my husband is blind, so our room was just perfect for us.

Clean, well maintained. Odd ocean decor which seemed at odds with the Great Lakes. Comfortable bed. Fast Wi-fi. Check-in was brisk and very corporate-like which was off-putting. Weirdest breakfast arrangements and not-so-appealing food options. I couldn't deal with it and ate elsewhere. I really only slept there so didn't use the pool etc.

Overall the hotel was okay. The pool and hot tub were also a good place, also for our kids. The breakfast gets delivered to your room. All pre-packed things, but not very tasty. We had quite some stains on bed covers (some blood) and old spilled coffee on drawers. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Beautiful beach, okay hotel
We went for spring break and though it was chillier than we would have liked the beach was absolutely beautiful. Our stay was fine, it was just an okay stay. I saw a lot of complaints about the breakfast and to be honest with you, the breakfast was fine. There are definitely things that need to be addressed at the hotel, but like everywhere else, they are short staffed and that's going to always be the answer for every situation. We had a couple of hiccups, but the two ladies at the front desk were wonderful and took care of things for us. I'll mention this just because my kids were looking forward to it and they were quickly let down when we arrived. The arcade is just a small room with a few games, I think tiny game room, not arcade. All in all, it's a good place to stay if you want to be on the beach.

Our room was on the ground floor with access to the beach. Our view I f the bay was fabulous and the breakfast boxes delivered to our room was very convenient.
