Spent 5 nights here while we explored the coast and peninsulas. Room was adequate considering the price, and things were generally clean. Parking was limited and a little sketchy as parking areas lacked adequate lighting. Could use better maintenance - repair exterior lighting and some plumbing issues in the room: toilet ran all night, sink and tub drains drsined very slowly. Overall a fair price compared to other expensive hotels in the region, and it met our needs.

Nice budget- friendly place.

This was a nice inexpensive option. The hot tub and pool area were very nice. The room was clean (there's always a hair so I don't count that anymore). Normally I would prefer carpet but I think that made me feel like it might be cleaner. I was slightly concerned it would be more noisy for the people below me. Breakfast was meh. Mini muffins, toast, some fruit, peeled hard boiled eggs, 2 cereal options, milk and coffee. I was happy to be able to make my Bulletproof Coffee with real butter. Every place smells like marijuana at this point so I can't count that against them. According to the evacuation picture on the back of the door, there's a smoking hall and a nonsmoking hall but I don't recall having the option so FYI. Hot tub felt great but I could feel gravel under my feet like it's crumbling. Most Budget Hotels I go to say they have a pool and then it's always closed so I was very happy that the hot tub and pool were open! I think this place is popular for people here for construction and various jobs like that. I could hear people talking loudly in the hallway but it didn't seem to carry into the room. We did run the fan all night though. Very few parking spots near the entrance but the lot is not that big.

The hotel is clean and the front desk staff is nice. Hotel is only a couple of miles away from downtown Front St. Casino is about 7 miles away. I had a nice 3 day stay at this hotel. Don’t have anything bad to say about it.

Nice and clean room with comfortable beds. Has fridge and microwave in room. Fairly small room but met our requirements since only two of us. Is located at the start of the downtown so not walkable to shops. The drain in bathroom is slow but eventually drains. It’s a cold breakfast, no hot items except for coffee but it was good enough - cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit muffins, bagels and hard boiled eggs. Would return.

It’s a comfortable and safe place to sleep when you are on a road trip. Close to Traverse City if you like shopping. Close to a couple of beaches, too. Too cold in October for swimming, though.

This property did not look like it did on the website. The rooms were quite small and there were no chairs around the pool and it was dark. There was very overworked staff member who was not available at the front desk. She was constantly running around the property to address everybody's needs. The TV did not work properly and the continental breakfast was basically two offerings and nothing was hot. This was not worth the money and certainly did not feel like what I selected online

This was a hotel that we stayed in only one night while in transit. It was obviously an older hotel that had undergone some major renovations. Overall we were very pleased with the the quality of the service and the condition of the hotel. It was very clean and well maintained. The beds were very soft and easy for sleeping. The only drawback was the limited breakfast choices, which were mainly pastries, cereal and toast, but considering the size of the dining area that is somewhat understandable. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

For a layover night, this hotel is sufficient. The housing along the parking lot is pretty shady, no fault of this hotel. The lobby is small, but adequate. The breakfast is minimal. Rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. Great for a quick overnight in TC.
